I’ve been here a few years. Awesome leadership ( James has recently acquired additional help too ). Facility itself is top notch! I’ve had anywhere from 1 to 2 units twice now.
Since age 25, I’ve moved 26 times in 45 years. This last move is the longest I’ve experienced the same Storage location. Also, the best quality as well ! Thank you James ! Well done, sir.

This storage helped when I needed it most. The price is reasonable and super secure. The management was very helpful and and super courteous. I would recommend this facility.!!!!

We have used Keep it Self Storage off and on for the last 10 years, to store a boat and then later a trailer and an SUV. It was always safe and secure with no problems. The operator is friendly, available and cooperative with whatever we needed. He kept a close eye and contacted us when our boat cover became sun damaged and tore ensuring that there would be no damage to surprise us with come the summer boating season.

I love the location of this storage unit..unless googling storage facilities or word of mouth you really wouldn't know it's location! More importantly, I love that James lives on site with his clan of beautiful pups! He's prompt to answer whenever I call & come to the office to assist me with whatever I need. I don't even question if my things are safe or not! 10/10 recommend!

The facilities are good and secure and monitored and worthy of mentioning how much the owner cares about keeping your things secure. James is a great guy to have managing this business, and always had a pleasant experience interacting with him.Plus his dogs ride around in a limo (and a hearse!) with him and that’s way cool.

Outstanding. Facility is well maintained. Friendly customer service. Management cares about the people and your personal stuff. I've gone thru some life changing events and James has worked with me so I wouldn't lose keepsakes that I've collected since I was a kid. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Keep It Self Storage! James was very helpful from the get go, providing a temporary storage solution for my horse trailer when I had no storage options even though he had no openings. He is a kind and caring person and goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. He does an amazing job maintaining his facility. It is very clean and well kept up. I am grateful for the help James gave me and would highly recommend him and Keep It Self Storage!

No wonder there is huge waiting list for storage at Keep-It Safe storage! The maintenance and security of this storage facility is unparalleled to others in the area bar none! James, facility, manager for over twelve years, takes such pride in his duties to keep our precious belongings safe and clean. And, by the way, one of the nicest and most helpful man you could ever hope to meet. Keep trying to get a spot. It is worth the wait!

I highly recommend Keep-it self storage,it's located above Holiday market in Auburn. The manager James is a great guy and lives across the street, so your precious property is very safe here.

This place is a great way to keep your stuff safe! The on site manager is on top of his location! The most caring and personable man! Thank you for bringing me tarps in the rain. Above and beyond great service! Thank you James for keeping my family history and belongings safe. There is just so much more I could say! If you need it stored this is a place I would drive miles to use again!
