We were in a crazy spot. One home closing escrow on a sale and another closing on the buy. We had help jumping through some hoops. Both Courtney and Emily worked to make the whole event seamless. Fast forward a year later and I wanted some information on possibly doing a Re-fi. Courtney got right on it.
