My new go to place for all my postal service needs! Excellent customer service. Came in for a live scan for a new job and Mackenzie had it taken care of in less than 5 minutes! She's thoughtful and competent in her work with a refreshing get it done attitude. Much appreciated! I love her!
Busy place with lots of service options. UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, DHL, Western Union, notary services, gift shop, post office boxes. I was very impressed. Thank you for being there and thoughtful of my time. Will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family and co workers. Keep up the excellent service!

Not the place to go for passport photos. Only one person seems to take photos and no one knows how to work the printer. Went elsewhere. Had photo in hand in less than 5 mins.

Even though the place was kind of busy, they were able to get me in and out and do my fingerprints really quick. Pricing was about $30 cheaper than the place in Rockland so that was nice to.

Not an authorized FedEx ship center. Even though they advertise as one. I had items to return through any Authorized FedEx Ship Center and this place told me they aren't really one

Every business has a vibe....and this one is bad. The employees/owners are miserable. I've been going here for years, and it never fails that the ladies up front are abrasive, short, and rude. They get upset if you don't automatically know the procedure for sending a package. If you walk in, you are pretty much interrupting their break. If you don't like your job, do something else!

Used Mail and More for the first time today and had the most wonderful experience. Right when I walked in I just felt happy, it’s very organized and clean and Joe was warm and welcoming immediately. He walked me through the notary process seamlessly and quickly. It was the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
