My check engine light came on while driving in the area on a road trip. Needed a diagnostic code ran. They did it immediately with 100% good vibes. Carissa jumped up quickly. Really happy I stopped in. Great service here.

All I can say is wow. When my car started misbehaving over Donner Pass, I knew my options were limited at 2:30 PM on a Friday. But the team at Meritage didn't hesitate to take me in, look it over, and service it to the best of their ability before the weekend. I appreciate their understanding and that they were very transparent and honest about the situation I was in. No pressure, but clear concern about the customer's wellbeing. My only regret is that I live in Reno and can't use Meritage as my go-to shop every time!

I have to write a review about this place. They are honest, reasonable and legit! Nowadays you just don’t find this kind of service with mechanics. I have brought 2 cars here now, both foreign and domestic and they diagnosed the problems for less than they said it was going to be and were extremely thorough, quick and kind. One of them had exactly what I knew was wrong and the second had barely anything wrong. They didn’t try to swindle or upsale me. I will continue to bring my cars here. Thanks Meritage for exceeding my expectations.

We took our Ford Ranger to Hasti and her team and they were amazing. They fit us in with a very tight timeline, the work was fantastic, really awesome customer service, told us what was needed and how much it would cost and I would 100% recommend this mechanic. Will not be going anywhere else!!

Love , love , love Meritage auto repair! They have been my Mecanic’s since I moved to the area almost 2 years ago. They make u feel like family. They are just the best!!!
In my line of work mechanics are a very important part of keeping my business running smoothly ,so I see mechanics more than the Average person and deal with more repairs as well. I have always settled for average Mediocre Mechanics Cause that’s really all thats out there . I had stumbled upon Meritage and was very apprehensive as always , but after using their service several times and service staying consistent, kind, professional, honest, and Reliable, I realized I hit the jackpot. I found the perfect Mecanic! No more switching back-and-forth, my mechanic knows my cars, knows what’s been done and what needs to be done! Customer for life! They truly care about their customers.
Hasti has been amazing through every repair , always explaining in detail , repairs are always done in a timely manner, and cost well … u get what u pay for. Still competitive pricing, but I would pay double just for the hassle free experience they provide. Thanks Hasti and crew at Meritage ur all awesome ! We will see u soon for some routine maintenance! I recently went in to Meritage Automotive dreading the thought the price and hassle my cars repairs might need. I had a feeling my brakes were going out, I know I needed 4 new tires, and was overdue on a regular service. I was met by the owner Hasti when I arrived and couldn't have had a better experience. She bubbled positivity and showed a real concern for me, my time, and my vehicle. After a few test they determined that I didn't need new brakes (just a cleaning) which they took care of for next to nothing (I'm sure other places would have pressured me into buying new brakes). They then provided me with a speedy oil change at an amazing cost (way cheaper than the dealership I usually go to). Unfortunately they didn't sell tires at the location, but Hasti went out of her way to call a nearby tire shop and connected me with one of their representatives where I again, got a great deal. Above and beyond all around. If you are in the Auburn or surrounding Sacramento area, I HIGHLY recommend taking your car in for repairs/or purchasing a car from Hasti & friends at Meritage Automotive. Unlike other places you will not be pressured to undergo expensive repairs, only recommendations with your best interest at heart. They will make you feel like you've been coming there for years, and you will if you stop by once. Return customer for life.

Meritage has been taking exceptional care of my family and I vehicles for over 20 years. Hasti to and Ray are trustworthy and talented. I have purchased reliable vehicles from them and they have taken care of them. Under their care, even old vehicles last for decades. They always make sure that I’m not doing any fixes that don’t need to be made. Best mechanic in town hands down (and maybe ever).

Really kind, knowledgeable, and understanding people! Hasti and her father helped me with a problem that popped up on my way through Auburn. Hasti worked very efficiently and thoroughly to find and fix the issue. She talked me through it and even gave me a heads up about other potential maintenance issues. I feel so lucky to have found this place that turned a stressful situation into such a pleasant experience!

I highly recommend Meritage Auto. As an Audi owner, it is important to find a shop you can trust and that also understands German vehicles. This place has been nothing short of fantastic. They are always incredibly helpful and take the time to provide multiple options for any repairs or maintenance my Audi needs, whether it's routine service or something more complex.
I have taken my Audi Q5 to Meritage for replacing brakes, replacing part of the fuel injector system when it failed, replacing the vehicle’s battery, and routine oil changes. Every job was performed flawlessly and priced honestly and reasonably. I will never take my Audi anywhere else.
The team is not only friendly but genuinely cares about their customers, which is rare to find these days. What really stands out is their honesty—they’ve always been completely transparent with me about what's necessary and what's optional, and I've never felt pressured into anything I didn't need.
