Store closed for business. I dont think a new location is opening in grass valley and Tmobile doesn't service Metro customers.

Went in person today to take off a line. Kay, an employee, went above and beyond to help me in a way that would least impact my credit score. I always appreciate when service workers help out even when it doesn’t directly impact their commission. Give this guy a raise

The employees here are present, but you have to pay extra at this store for customer service. I was told to hold, then addressed over another customer currently being helped, just to be told I could do it from home, when in fact you need tools to be able to change sim cards. It just seemed like the person there wasn't really being given the support he needed because it looked like 2 people stressed him out, and he encouraged me to leave instead of helping me in any way.

I lost my phone 8 days ago, and have insurance, but these folks REALLY don't know what they are doing. Sending verification codes to my old phone. went into store (for 3rd time), said I was "good to go". Just make sure, B-4 you leave, you check the service. Still no service on my new phone. PISSED. They don't answer phone. ONE employee per store.

I've enjoyed Metro by T-Mobile service for a number of years now and I wouldn't even think I'm switching because it's the best bang for your buck.... they offer a great service to the community and those will ask you don't want to have a regular type account.... prepaid or pay as you go works well for me... if you like prepaid then this is the place they have the best offer of any cell phone company that I have researched

Easy to get the wifi package. The install was confusing but Yadira and Danish helped me out. Great customer service
