Myself and my brother went in for a nicotine free vape pen. We asked some questions about the selection they had and what was in them. We got the Georgia peach flavor It was $30.
We got home opened it, tried it and there was an extreme menthol flavor almost overpowering the peach flavor. Nowhere on the box did it say it's had menthol. The store associate also didn't say anything about the product having menthol.
We we went back to return, got told we should have tried it in store because they only do returns before you leave their store. At no point were we told to try the product before leaving the store and that that was their policy for returns.
My brother asked to talk to the manager he wasn't in, he then asked to speak with him on the phone she said that she wasn't allowed to do that. In the end she would not do the return. I do not recommend the smoke shop to anyone. We should have gotten a lot more information than we did about the return policy and also the additional menthol flavor in their nicotine free vape pens.

I bought one of the quitting vapes and nowhere on the box.Did it say it hadn't menthol in it.I Tried to return it and was told after the fact, that I needed to have smoked it in the store, and then return it. Once you leave the store no returns. I was told none of this at purchase. Then I was told Too bad thirty dollar mistake. I stayed calm and nice the entire time, and was still treated terribly as a first time customer. P.S It was my first time buying one of these vapes.

My boyfriend and I are visiting from slc, ut and o'ryan (dunno if that's how it's spelt) was a total sweetheart! Super informative and helped saved us an hour drive to another smokeshop! Would highly recommend!

The service here is stellar! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products, Gregory was quick with my purchase and knew what he was talking about. Definitely my permanent smoke shop in the area.

This store rarely has the vape juice I order online. They don't keep their inventory updated. Today I went into the store to get a coil replacement and the kid working had no interest in helping me find the replacement. I showed him the vape I purchased from that store and he was still unable to help. Eventually I had to pull my coil from my vape and drain the juice so he could compare the coil with mine and fonally said he found the right one. I purchased 3 coils and got home (20 mins away) only to find out it was the wrong coil. So mow I get to make another 20 min drive to go back and hope they will exchange it for me. I'm trying to stay local, However I am totally disappointed with how the store is ran. Low inventory and inexperienced employees. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

There's way too much to even say because I've been letting everything that happened go, but it started a few months ago when I drove my girl down to millenium for a vape. I waited in the car, but after about 10 min I hear a man screaming violently. I walked in to see this guy with greasy long hair screaming violently at my girlfriend. And he's doing this in front of other customers of his. All because the vape she ordered they didn't have, and she asked if she could choose a different vape. He said no drive to roseville. I found out later that he was full of it.

I have been getting my Disposable vapes and also Salt Nic from the Auburn locations for the last 4 months. They have a huge selection of flavors. I didn't realize that you get points for each vape that you buy until i got an email from them saying I had points to redeem. I used the points and only paid $8 for my new vape. I will continue to get my vapes through them and tell my friends about them.

Just bought a broken vape battery, opened it at home didn't work. Took it back 15min later and they said they wouldn't refund it. Pretty weak
