I left with bad calice still on my feet after having a basic pedicure. I called two days later and was told I would not be helped because I should have pick a better option. My feet look bad.

Very disappointing experience there today. They charged me $2.00 to use my credit card. I have had my nails done all over Roseville and Auburn, and none of them charge that much. The most I have been charged is $1.00 to use my card. The man that was talking to me had an unpleasant demeanor with me. They didn't have a way to take my Discover card, so I changed cards. Then the tip had to be $$ cash only. I had $2.00 cash in my purse. The young gal who did my nails didn't get all the polish off on my nails or under my nails. Then on top of that did not file or buff my nails. So I paid $15 for a polish change only, $2 card charge & $2 tip. Total of $19 for a non gel polish change, no filing of my nails. The young gal walked off, and didn't even put me under the light. (it makes me wonder if she even had a license) Every place files and buff your nails with a polish change. I should have gone where I regularly go by the 7'11 store where they only charge me $10. They lost a customer; and I will not go back again. The man was told by myself that I had been there before. That's how you treat repeat customers!

Mood nails is where the place that you can go for your nails. I gave 5 starts for reviews and I highly recommended because they are gentle they listen to your needs.So glad we found a place that speaks English very warm and friendly environment. Beautiful place for Beautiful people.

Got a basic pedicure for $30. When I went to pay, I said add a $6 tip which would make it $36. Not looking at the final amount on the receipt, I signed it and left. My bank acct said I was charged $38. They have a sign that says cash tips but since I never carry cash I had to give a tip using my card. Some places won't even take tips unless it's cash. There's no way to track how much you get tipped when it's cash so everyone wants cash these days(servers, unfortunately, have to claim there sales...not tips). I guess the cashier decided that "I'll" claim the sale so the nail tech will get his full $6 tip??? I will be back though. The guy did a good job! I'll just pay attention next time. It would be nice if they had massage chairs though

My daughter had her nails done here for graduation. They turned out beautiful. The guy listened to what she wanted and they were perfect. This was almost 2 weeks ago and this picture was taken today.

Serviced by a lady for pedicure and Danny for nails. I was so so happy to get a service after 4 years of not being able to. Very Blessed and in turn gave a grateful tip of $30.I wanted a manicure to help my nails look clean and groomed, Danny advised powder dip which is full of good benefits for nail health and makes them grow strong. They also suggested dip so it would last at least 3 weeks is what they said even longer. The dip starting falling off on day 10 and by day 14 most were fallen off completely and my nail health is awful since. It had been 4 weeks now and I returned for a pedicure and standard manicure. I asked for Danny to see what went wrong on my last service and Lauren started yelling at me which working on a customer. She yelled, so you were not happy with your manicure and now your back for a pedicure, why!? I had my 4 year old with me to treat her too, and asked Lauren if we could speak another time in private. She started mouthing off angrily in her native language. I'll never return. That was so embarrassing and I was fine returning, maybe I was allergic but did ask my friend about her nails and she said dip was not at all beneficial and that was a lie. He alsondidnt trim excess skin or push cuticles or add oil after which another salon did and apparently is standard.I was most displeased with the way lauren snapped. I gave a chance to go back and glad this happened and will go to another, this is not the most highly recommended. Plenty more to choose from, Fresh Nail across street is Amazing and super welcoming.Services: Pedicure

Clean quiet salon. Got me in quick. The young lady who helped me was very gentle but thorough on my pedicure. I wish I had gotten her name. Affordable pricing as well.
