Drove the 25-30 mins form Roseville. Was well worth the drive. I'm glad to be able to support Jeff and his team. They built my pc and no problems. Plug and play. Down load games and good to go!

Great place, brought my computer in a couple of times. Both times they fixed it and tried to get me the best price for the parts. They also are friendly and explain the issue your computer are having. They have replaced my fans and add more thermal paste and helped me find a new charging cord.

I took my computer in to replace the fans, after they were replaced my computers screen would not turn on. I had turned on the screen the day I brought it in to be repaired, and it worked then and had never had problems with its screen before. They tried to fix it for about a month and weren't able to figure out what was wrong. In the end the parts to repair it would have been too expensive (I would have been responsible for the cost despite not being the one who broke it) so I ended up just picking it back up with the nonfunctional screen. I never thought I'd be getting back my computer more broken than when I had brought it in. I wish I had never brought it in in the first place. If I hadnt it might still be functional today and I wouldn't have wasted the money.

Took my computer in thinking it was dead as it was not working properly. They took the time to walk me through & were able to trouble shoot & found the problem all within 10 minutes. I have brought in a different computer here in the past and had the same helpful, polite serve.

My family has been coming to this shop for years, but this was the first time I needed them for my laptop.I had a broken hinge that made it so I could have shattered my screen if it had not been closed properly, and though there was a mishap on parts not arriving, as soon as they were in, I was able to get in and get same day fixes done.As someone who values her computer more than her phone, I cannot recommend this place enough.Ethical, open and clear communication, and no attempts to belittle or make you feel foolish, this is the perfect place if you need repairsI'll certainly go to them for future needs if any should arise.

Took our daughters computer in because after I changed out the power supply it wouldn't turn on. I didn't feel like trying to figure it out so I brought it in..,,,got s call an hour later that it was working. Great service

Chandler brought my computer back to life - absolutely unbelievable! I took my laptop into the store and he quickly figured out what was going wrong with it and had it fixed in less than an hour. I cannot believe the great service. Wish I could give him 10 stars!!
