“I want to thank the employees and the people shopping at BelAir in Auburn, CA. I had begun to become nervous going to Safeway where employees and customers do not seem as united in our shared safety. I did not realize how nervous I was shopping there until I had to drop into Belair after posting a deposit at my bank. It felt so good to be with everyone protecting each other wearing masks and being conscientious in their way of being. I thought if there was a Facebook for Belair, I wanted to let them know. “Ive been going here for years and I love it. All the complaints are from bitter people who have never worked customer service and it shows. Imagine all day having to deal with people; good, bad, happy, angry, poor, rich, entitled, victims, insured and uninsured. Then some Karen says you didnt smile while helping her or didnt ask how she was doing that day and then take the time to write a bad review. Reflection is hard to do when you expect the world from from anyone, anytime. We are all people. Keep it moving. Cvs- You're cool. Pharmacy group is down to earth and overworked like the rest of us. They're small with limited staff, so keep that in mind if showing up at a busier time of day. My one star lost was that the hours they post online don't match their real hours at times.”
