I cannot tell you how amazing Shannon is at placer ing services. I had my postcards design by someone else that had been doing my artwork for over 10 years so when I proofread the artwork I was just concerned about placement and not about checking spelling or the worst thing of all the wrong phone number on my card. no-fault to Shannon who I've never used before and would not be aware that my phone number was wrong. I had printed up I believe close to 20,000 cards and shipped a third of those yes with the wrong phone number on them. I have since made the corrections and are having new one sent but is going to take a week for them to show up and my small window of opportunity will be lost. Here is where customer service comes in where you build a relationship with someone that is concerned about the outcome of your products as much as you are. she had come up with some great ideas as far as offering the person with the wrong number a gift card to refer the phone numbers to me. however that person was not very accommodating. Shannon called me up the very next day (Saturday )and said she had found a label that would fit over the wrong number she could print up the new numbers and we could put labels over it and resend them. not only does that get them out on time but also lets the people that I sent the to know that the number was wrong so they will try again. Shannon you are an amazing person and I'm so grateful that I'm using you to help my business grow, for you as concerned for my well-being as you are for yours and that is true customer service you do not get that very often.
