The person who took my blood was great! She saw that my arm is really small and she got a smaller needle. It was not scary at all.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Quest Diagnostics is one of the most poorly run labs in the medical industry. You cannot contact any lab location to check their wait times. They often have 1 staff member present at anytime this leads to limited walk in appointment services and limited appointment availabilities use an other lab possible to avoid Quest.

Useless phone system after you call and listen to a bunch of information that could be done while you're there it then gives you the option if you need more help to push a button which then gives you the same information you had before and disconnects this place is always been a joke and it's gotten even worse

I had app today at this office and I have to say as a health care provider myself I was so impressed of the care I have received and witnessed being given to others.The two girls working there had an excellent upbeat attitude, were very sweet even though this place is always understaffed they didn't show it.I hope their bosses appreciate the wonderful work they are doing because this is not an easy job.Thank you girls, you are fantastic inspiration I so appreciate your kindness and care.
