I have shopped this store for years. Ever since it was remodeled a year or so ago I g=have noticed that the store has gone from being my go-to store to one that I shop at less and less. I find many out-of-date and near out-of-date itemsd. Be careful if you shop here. I find many of the items I buy are our of stock. This week there were no large cartons of Spring Mix lettuce. Also, the size of the fennel was ridiculously small for the price. I went to get cabbage and all they had were some sick little heads. I put everything down after that and just went to Safeway which had everything. I know from talking to the employees that this is no longer a happy store. Hours have been cut. Quality has gone down. Raley's own 'everyday' brand (which is really pretty everyday common food) has taken a larger presence on the shelving.. Last year I was on a plane with a man who told me he had been visiting Ralerys and advising them as to how their store were run. I believe he convinced them that just in time inventory should also be a system used by grocery stores. Sorry, but this does not work for me. Also, the pharmacy at this sdtore is a mess. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Safeway. Sorry, Raleys, I used to think you were a cut above, but now I thinkj you just have been cut.

I've been shopping here for 40 years. Not one complaint is to be made- I like the fact that they try to accommodate a large and varied clientele.

Their Chinese food is just OK. The sushi is good. They have good sandwiches. It is a good place when you have to eat and run.

Used to love this store, but a few years ago they decided to make it dark. It's not conducive to shopping, then they made the sections completely illogical. You can spend a long time trying to find things. They have signs on shelves saying to also look on another aisle, rather than grouping it together. I shop at their sister store, Belaire, which is well lit and logical.
