Absolutely worst customer service ever !!! I'm waiting in the line while the lady is helping a customer and she's done and rings them up I come up to the counter to get my items checked out she leaves the counter & goes back to where the previous customers are looking at items , talks to them ( while I'm waiting ). Gets a new item for them and tells me to move to check them out again . What type of bad customer service skills is that !

This is by far the best smoke shop I've ever been to. The staff is always very friendly and their prices can't be beat. They have an awesome selection as well. I drive out of my way from Grass Valley to go here.

Lots of choices for every type of smoker. Always helpful. I choose to roll my cigarettes with a machine so I buy pound bags if tobacco and tubes. I like the selection offered. I can get good quality and the prices are good at this shop, in my opinion. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.
