I recently got a new radiator from this place as per their recommendation. They did phenomenal work, everybody is super nice, and they definitely make it a point to make you understand they want the best for you and your car/truck. I recommend this place to everybody

Excellent service, they know their stuff. Cost of work was estimated, and that was what it cost. Refreshing in today's world. Also, done on time. Mark and Carol, run a very, very good business, just like a small town family owned and operated business should. Pleasure to do business there, as I have for over 30 years.

Be Careful! They don't replace the o-rings on drain valves in their normal course of repairing/rebuilding radiators. After getting my radiator completely rebuilt, they left the 31 year old o-ring in place and it leaked immediately after reinstalling in my truck. Very disappointed that I have to drain, service and run to the Auto parts store with plug in hand to try to find the right o-ring. They should at least let the customer know that this wear item is not included in a rebuilt radiator. I would have been fine getting my own o-ring beforehand, had I known. Big waste of time.

A very pleasant experience. Needed some coolant system repair. Was given a detailed explanation of the issues found without any “up sell”. Would not hesitate to return for either coolant system repair of any other service my vehicle might need.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I brought my car here to simply get the radiator switched out, as well as my coolant hoses. It took 3 days to get it back from them, after them saying "it would likely take two days". Then upon driving it home, my car began overheating. Questionable, because my car wasnt overheating when I brought it in. It had a leak in the radiator mind you, but no overheating issues as I kept the coolant topped off. My best friend and I checked out the issue, of which we found that the radiator fan was not turning on. I called to ask if they had forgotten to reconnect it(as it is required that you unplug it to install a new radiator). They blamed the over heating on my head gasket being blown. They then continued to blame everything on me, questioning if I drove without coolant. After accepting that I could have been partly to blame, the owner began speaking to me in a degrading manner. "Young man, I have been in business for 58 years". As if my business didnt matter and that because he had been in business for that long that it gave him the right to disrespect me, or that he was so perfect that he wasnt human and was incapable of mistakes. My step-dad has been a mechanic his entire life (many generations of mechanics in his family). I was raised as a technician and honestly have been so busy with my children and other work that I trusted someone else to do my car work. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone I know. I hope they can figure out that everyone is worthy of respect and that they need to acknowledge their own mistakes instead of pointing blame at their customers. The funny part, is that when I brought the car back to the shop, the radiator fan is magically working again. Curious the overheating issue is gone! I will be fixing my own head gasket and will never go back to this place again. I wouldnt have tried to screw you guys over as I'm not a dirt bag, I just wanted you guys to acknowledge fault, as I did.

My truck AC compressor grenaded and Carol was kind enough to get me in right away. Had to tow the truck there and they said I didn't need to be with it. Got me all fixed up in a day and at a good price! Great service!
