I was at the Auburn store and having issues with the app. and had an item I wanted to purchase that required clipping a coupon on the app.. The store was really busy, but the checkers are fast and efficient and whittled the lines down really fast. Once the lines diminished, manager Curtis Atwood helped me resolve my issue with the app. Thank you Curtis

When it's hard to leave a regular grocery store for 3 bags of groceries under $200, smart and final is king in Auburn.This cart was $620.

Organized food that's fresh and has good prices! I actually went into this one to buy a toothbrush while on vacation but it's much like the one near my home. They don't jam every inch 20 feet high here like some grocery stores and you can actually find things with easy signs to follow as well.

if you're looking to save money by using their app, beware. I could not login because I forgot my password, and the lady at the register, mega Thompson by name, would not take the time to help me. She told me that I was not going to be able to use any of the coupons, even though it was not my fault, I could not log into their app. When I sent the request for a password link, I would get an error from the app. She was rude and was more concerned with getting us out the door, then helping us.

The tortillas I bought smelled like ammonia. The produce is horrible...tasteless and rots fast. The non perishable items have seemed okay. I don't know if I will continue shopping at this location. The staff is nice though..

Overall, it's a good store. I don't like that the checkers don't assist with loading the kart unless I purchase bags. Some are better than others.

This place has like 3/4 of the selection of other nearby grocery stores and like 1.5x higher prices. Also, a ton of their products were missing price tags when I went.
