Comfortable and large rooms. Quiet hotel. It’s convent to the freeway. There are a couple of restaurants about a mile away.

Really liked this hotel. I went here before and it was very clean. I recently came back here to have a nice escape with my sisters. The first room we went to had a weird stain on the bedspread. I chalked it up as an error and gave the front deskthe opportunity to fix it. Later that evening, the TV stopped working (no biggie) they had someone come immediately to fix it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix it, so we switched rooms. The room we were switched to was nice...the unfortunate part was, the sheets had some disgusting stains on them. Pretty sure it was poop. I called the front desk about this and she was very polite and told me someone would call me that same day. That was Sunday, today is Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything. I'm extremely disappointed in this place. I felt like this place was going to be a regular place for me and my family to go to. I live pretty close to this place and really enjoyed the service. I loved going here in the summer time to go to the pool with my son. Now I'm most likely going to have to find a new hotel to enjoy because not only is it troubling that 2 different rooms had really weird stains on the sheets/bedspread... but the management has yet to handle this and acknowledge it with me...which is troubling. It's a shame

Can't say enough good things about this place. Tom, Brooke, and everyone working here are professional, helpful, and courteous. The room was perfect, and the breakfast was solid. The 24 hr. coffee station was very helpful. Am so coming back to stay here on my next visit to Auburn.

The hotel was pretty good. Our room had two beds, a couch with a pullout mattress beneath it, and a TV. It also had a large window and closet. The only con is that it doesn’t have a main room light, only a few smaller ones.We ate breakfast at the hotel, which was delicious and served to you by staff. The manager was a friendly man who walked around during breakfast to greet all of the guests personally.Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was also close to a ski resort.

We enjoyed the 2023/24 NYE party. This was the best dance/food/drink venue my husband and I have been to in years! The dance floor was full every song! We danced almost every song.... had to take a couple of breaks. The food was wonderful. The service to outstanding and the BAND was FABULOUS!!! If they play next year, we are bringing friends!!!!! We were too busy to take any pictures.... but we had a ball!!!

The free breakfast left me wanting to go elsewhere. Not enough tables and chairs.

Melisa and her staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating for my family and I and our extended family the Jewish community of Auburn. The facilities were beautiful and Melisa went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of for us. We and the Chabad of Auburn community can't thank her enough for everything she did to make our Rosh Hashanah celebration so special.

We received a free night for SpringHill Suites by Marriott in a gift basket that we won. I am so happy that we did, because I had no idea that I would find my new favorite place to stay. What a beautiful property, friendly staff, and comfy rooms. I wish we could have stayed longer. First off, when we arrived, they got us checked in quickly, gave us a beautiful king suite that included a couch with a trundle bed. The main king bed was perfect. After a day of wine tasting, we needed a nap, and were off to lala land in no time. After a quick rest, we ventured out for dinner, but returned for a glass of wine by their fire place. The wine was local and perfect. The staff was knowledgeable and so nice. After the best night's sleep in a week, we woke refreshed and had to force ourselves out of bed so that we could get to the complimentary breakfast. It was worth it! Eggs, omelets, potatoes, fruit, toast, cereal, and defintely coffee. Such a nice array of options. We were full until dinner. Also, the rooms are beautiful. Nice layout that gives you a sense of space, and everything is just where you want it to be. You can charge your phones by the bed, there is a refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker, so you are good to go if you are there for awhile. It was the little touches, like a place in the shower to put your foot to shave your legs. Who thinks of that. Seemed eco friendly too, with containers of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower, and not one use items.I hope that if you have the choice of places to stay, that you give Springhill Suites a chance. It is well worth the money.

My wife and I won a night at the SpringHill Suites and boy are we glad are did. What a nice and modern hotel. The room was really well appointed, the bed was ever so comfortable and don't get me started on the staff. We were celebrating our 21 year old daughter's birthday with a trip to the area's wineries and everyone we came in contact with was so helpful, cheerful, and friendly. We also were grieving the loss of our eldest daughter. One of the staff came up to us when she heard about it and gave my wife a genuine heartfelt hug. She didn't have to, but it made the evening just that much better. The whole vibe of the hotel was modern and colorful. The breakfast, while not self serve, which I would have preferred was better than many hotels I've stayed at in the past. Would absolutely, definitely stay here again in the future.

Staying at the SpringHill Marriott this summer for a family reunion was the best choice for relaxation, my lovely super spacious room, and the nicest accommodating people who saw to my every need!!! My room had an amazing view of Auburn's country side. I was able to host family and friends around the pool, that had many conversational areas to choose from, with an open bistro for fun and creative appetizers and a good selections of wines and beverages. The personal were so helpful and attentive that I felt like I was at a exclusive vacation spot! Just amazing! all the staff and special thanks to KC who was a constant wealth of knowledge along with Cathy hosting the morning full-breakfast feast!!Thank you again to all of you at Springhill, my friends and family love you too!!!

This place is clean, the managers were the friendliest. House keeping was all smiles and the pool/fire pit area are great. We were here for a wedding nearby. Would definitely recommend if you need a spot in the area!

It say free parking on google maps which is misleading. Service is excellent and brekfast is amazing. I like that the bathroom shower has 2 shower heads.
