I woke up with screaming with a burning pain in my toes and foot on 12/18/2023. Call the ER and ask ? about it because I had a total Hip replacement on 11/30/2023 and was concerned about possible blood clot. They said they could not advise me but to maybe come in and have it checked. I went to the ER and was put in a room right away. The Dr. Mark Biittner came in and looked at my foot and the first words were" What do you want me to do???" which was in a horrible tone like why in the hell are you here. he said he would have them do a ultrasound. Also said I will get you something for pain on which I refused because I am on pain management and had taken something for pain before coming in. After the ultra sound said no blood clot but a bakers cyst behind my knee. Then released me. Dr. Biittner has a horrible bed side manner. I have work in a hospital for 29 years and never had a Dr. treat me like that. " What do you want me to do?" first thing out of his mouth. I have another complaint on a visit before this one and will also file a complaint on that visit also. From now on unless I have a life and death situation will never go to your ER again.

I gave Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital 4 stars for the wonderful care they provide my mom and help woth her heart issues. However after she was admitted & moved to st 2 there were UNCONTROLLED, RUDE CHILDREN & RUDE PARENTS / FAMILY were there bein loud. Nursing didn't calm them down or ask them to leave after all it is a HOSPITAL. It was so bad my mom wanted to call CPS. I would have. This went on to the early hours of the morning past 2am. The kids are lucky I would have called the cops & CPS. I do wish them all good luck the future they will need it after all this kind of behavior does have reproductions in society.

I was recently at this ER for pain in my right upper quadrant and a some pain in my lower right quadrant. I got admitted pretty quickly both times. I first went to Dr. Carter who performed an ultrasound on my upper right quadrant. However he never touched my stomach to try to figure out where the pain was originating from. He send me home with Famotidine and a possible ulcer. Idk what kind of diagnosis that is but I digress. So a month later I ended up back in the ER for the same pain. This time I got Dr. Heitter. Who seems to be a more diligent doctor. He began by pushing on different parts of my stomach and realized the pain was actually originating from the right ovary area. He set me up for a cat scan. Turns out I have a 10.1cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary. He also requested a vaginal ultrasound to provide me with more information. Had the first doctor, been more diligent, he would have realized the pain was due to a large ovarian cyst pushing up on my organs. Unfortunately instead he had me take medicine I didn’t need and prolonged my pain. Shout out to my second doctor, Dr. Heitter for his determination to give me a true diagnosis. I would give this ER 5 stars just for Dr. Heitter. But unfortunately had to deduct two stars for my misdiagnoses the first time. Aside from all this all the staff were all very friendly and helpful

After suffering a terrible fall down wooden stairs, I couldn't pick myself up off the floor. The pain in my hip is excruciating. I was handed discharge papers and not even one word from a Doctor about the results from any of the hip and spine X-rays. I can only assume I don't have a fracture somewhere and that the prescription for Aleive will allow me enough relief to use the toilet instead of a bedpan. Take the extra time and go to Roseville for better care. Actually, any ER would be better than Auburn Faith.

I recently had a procedure done at Auburn Faith Hospital and was fortunate to have a delightful nurse, Joan, take care of me. Joan is a kind compassionate person and a capable nurse. They are lucky to have her!

Although I had amazing care on April 30 when I walked myself into the ER my symptoms were not resolved. They discharged me with a diagnosis of Anxiety. 24 hrs later my nausea and headache were worse and a friend brought me back to the ER. Upon arrival the staff were rude, unhelpful and treated me like a drug seeker. 3 days later I was looking at my Sutter account for lab results and noticed I had a diagnosis of Noro Virus and not 1 RN/MD or admin ever reached out to let me know. I received a bill for nearly $9000 after insurance coverage- which I pay $10K a year for (Anthem Blue Cross) I called both the hospital and the insurance to ask them to please re-run the bill. It was then reduced to $5500 I set up a payment plan with Sutter. I was sent to collections for a $430 bill that I did not realize was an additional bill, separate from their criminal behavior in charges from bill #1. To go into a hospital feeling the most unwell I have felt in my fifty plus years of life and to be treated so horribly and then when trying to clarify my bill with their billing department and have Johnathon and Sherone be so incredibly rude again. I promise to never stop telling the world what a horrible hospital Sutter Auburn and the Sutter organization are. I will be changing to Kaiser.

$25,000+ for a CT scan. Complete scam and fraudulent organization that keeps going by taking advantage of those who can least afford to pay. They are great if you expect terrible service at premium prices.
