Terrible. I've shopped this Target many times but more and more it's an unpleasant experience. Usually order online and have shipped but I needed something that I didn't want to wait for so drove in. Empty shelves as has been the case for over 3 years now (thanks COVID) but that's a lot of places. Found what I needed. NyQuil. I already knew going in that I'd have to give my DOB because like having to take your shoes off at the airport you might be buying a bottle of NyQuil to become an aspiring meth chef. There was only one open cash register with a line so I opted to go self check out. Scan my items. Scan the NyQuil and it throws the wait for cashier message. So I wait. And wait. And wait. There were two cashiers at the customer service desk visible to the self check outs. One cashier was too busy on his phone to bother noticing that there were two of the three self check outs waiting for assistance. Then he saunters away walking right past self check out presumably to get a Starbucks to drink while in the phone. Finally and of the other waiting customers goes to the CS desk to ask for help and the remaining cashier did, very nicely. But she told me new rules is I have to actually show my ID now. I was not going to dig through my wallet to get my ID when it's glaringly apparent to anyone with a heartbeat and pulse I'm not a teenage breaking bad. Heard some time ago they have to card EVERYONE because someone somewhere was offended that they weren't carded for alcohol and screamed ageist. FFS. I said no thanks, paid for the rest of my goods and left. I will shop online from now on.

AVOID! Long lines and the place is a mess! Like 1/2 wait and the holiday shoppers do not help. Apparently there is plenty of employees to smoke outside. I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

A lot of the time I went to Target and they improved always with their customers service I appreciate them helping me find what I need plus sometime I do window shopping you know like just looking. They always have been very polite the staff is so kind. They help me in line when I only got one thing , thank you guys for the customer service. Great customer service actually.

This target has rapidly declined from a great store to an awful one. The shelves are never stocked, even with products that came out day of, they aren't put out and when you ask where they are since the website says they have dozens of them, they don't know where they are and don't even check for you. Multiple times now I've done a curbside pickup and they've given me completely different items then what I order. The DPCI's (their item numbers) are even different yet they bring it out and don't even mention it. The store always looks like a hot mess too. Also have had people tell me late in the evening that their shipment from the morning weren't put out yet. This place needs some tlc. It's the only store like this in this town and in the nearby towns too. It takes 30 minutes for myself to drive there only for them not to have what I need. Very sad.

The cashier I had today was terrible and extremely unhelpful and was outright disrespectful and did nothing to help me but embarrass me. I tried to use my EBT card and I told her I had $70 on it so she can put in $70 and not the total amount, she said oh I can't talk to the computer and tell it that. Okay so I tried to use my EBT card and it did not work 6 times so I started to get anxiety because she wasn't helping me and instead just laughing saying oh maybe there's no money on there. So I asked for a manager and she said there's no manager here. I ended up giving her cash and said can I split the rest on my debit and credit cards and she said again oh i can't tell the computer that, I even said what about the split payment button on her computer screen and she said no i can't talk to the computer haha. It took about 5 to 10 minutes just to put it all on my debit card which is what I didn't want to do or shouldn't have done. Through the whole time she told customers behind me oh sorry hahaha. After my payment went through she took a long time to hand me the receipt and then called me a kiddo, which i am a grown adult. I am never coming back to this target. I do not care if I have to drive to Rocklin for the Wal Mart there. I feel disrespected, embarrassed, and just frustrated that she was so unwilling to help. I don't know what her name was; I can't find it on the receipt but she was very old probably 70's and had white short hair and circle metals framed glasses.

So happy to see Target in this area because it's such a great store as in other cities. I had an unused Target gift card from another state and was so happy to have used it at this Target. The store is very clean and organized with various and plenty of items for the home, fresh and frozen food items, various groceries items, personal goods, household items, pets items, outdoor's items, TVs, entertainment, etc. The clerks were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces and carts. No complaints with this store.

I've never returned anything in this store until today. The manager of the return dept couldn't tell me where my $22 in Target circle points go after a rerun. THE. MANAGER. Gave me a 1-800 number to call myself to ask corp. Lady, why don't you ask corporate! You're the one that should know!! Great store but won't buy anything from here again, unfortunately. Update: after the manager of the return dept repeatedly told me "you don't get that back because we gave you that money FOR FREE" (I actually spent $400 in one week to earn that store credit) my circle points were automatically credited back to me on the same day. Thank goodness the computer knows what to do even if the ding dong pushing the buttons doesn't.

This target is a joke. My mom and I are both handicapped and no parking spaces available there was two that were two but they were blocked by a construction truck that was working at target I think I'll drive 45 miles to Roseville. My mom didn't know how to use the cart and no one would help

Was at the Target in Auburn, Ca. Was sickened by the condition of the Women bathroom. Toilet over flowing floor wet. Very insane condition. I walked found a employees in the front of the store report it. He stated "I'll report it someone ". I shopped for about 30 minutes and returned to find NOTHING CHANGED. Walked across to the open chemical room grabbed a floor sign I planned on never returning to any Target. I well go to WALMART next. Shocked by the unsanitary continued customer walking thru store s*** and pee on the bottom of their shoes . GROSS I spray my shoes with Lysol prior to getting in my car

I love the remodel they did. Shop there for deals on food I can't get anywhere else but end of leaving with cool decor items. Wish they carried more garden items. Got a wonderful Greco stroller for my grandson. They matched amazons price so I bought it from them. Like to keep it local.
