“Took my 2004 f150 in for an alignment last week and Jeff and team were great! Jeff went over the specifications of the alignment at time of pickup. Thorough knowledgeable and friendly staff. Truck drives and steers like a dream”
“I was camping with my family in Washington, CA and punctured a tire out on a trail. I was able to put my spare tire on and make it to Auburn but there was nobody open on Sunday, except the guys from Best American Tires & Wheels. They were kind enough to help me out and get me on the road in about 20 minutes!Thank you so much for your help and great service!”
“Cap'n Kirk and partner at front desk are dynamic duo and super helpful and informative. Described what I had in mind when replacing truck tires and Kirk matched me up with a wonderful tire and incredible deal to top it off. Alignment and other services quick and expertly done. Can't say enough about these guys.”
“I’ve had great experiences when coming to get work done on my car. Jane is always at the front desk and she’s always kind and is very thorough when explaining what repairs have been done and what may need to come next. I’m not very knowledgeable with cars so it’s very helpful for her to be so accommodating and straightforward with what’s going on with my vehicle. Been taking my car here for a while and I plan on continuing!”
“Really nice honest guy. Driving through Auburn we got a flat tire. He didn't overcharge us or try to upsell us, just patched the tire! Hopefully I won't get a flat tire in Auburn again :-) but if I did, I would go back!”
“We had a little hiccup at first, but Patrick, the manager, handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to make things right. American Tire is first-rate, and I highly recommend them.”
“Big thanks to Rob for helping us out and getting us back on the road. I pulled in with a trailer loaded with 10,000 lbs of rock and 6 low tires. He worked his butt off filling me up in the sun and didn’t charge me. Thanks so much for the great service Rob”

“This is the last tire shop you will ever need!
I've been going to this place for over a decade, and I truly can't see myself going anywhere else. This shop has saved me HUNDREDS in tire repairs over the years! They are genuinely the most honest, hardworking, stand-up guys you will ever meet! Great prices on new tires, and even better deals when it comes to maintenance! Even after moving to Sacramento, I will still gladly make the 40 minute drive to this shop for ALL my tire-related needs, because they are just THAT good! If I could give Souza's more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!”
