Auburn Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store, committed to being "the Helpful Place" as part of the community. The new location is convenient and spacious with a great selection and prices comparable to big box stores. Staff are generally nice, helpful, and polite, answering questions and helping customers find items quickly. The store offers personal service, with employees noted for being pleasant and professional, even assisting those with disabilities. It also features unique items like excellent frozen pies. While service is mostly great, there are occasional notes that staff could pay more attention to customers during checkout. Overall, it is a fantastic new location with quality products and a convenient shopping experience.

Had the most pleasant experience at this ace hardware. Tyler was helping us out with a new dishwasher. He was so extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. He deserves a raise!
