I just pulled up the Ulta website and showed a picture of the product that I wanted only to be told it isn’t available at THIS location. They offered to order it for me which is no help, I can order it myself. I have had this issue before and will not be returning to this location ever again. It’s no wonder that Sephora beats them every time.

Terrible customer service, when I call them I spend so many time waiting for one hour or even more and they never took my call and so many times when I made orders for shipping they send the products opened or sometimes missing products.

Laura is amazing! She has done great work on my hair. I literally never leave disappointed when it comes to my service. She definitely listens to all your concerns and overall goals with your hair.
Definitely book with her. She does amazing work. Not only amazing work but also nice, sweet and totally understanding.

Staff at this store is also super helpful. If something isn’t in stock they give options on getting it shipped straight to your home.

Went there for my mom. Had pictures on cell phone of what product she needed and the cashier told me right where it was and was nice enough to double check at register to make sure I had the right thing.

I usually don't go to Ultra but needed something last minute. I managed to get through the entire store without one staff member greeting me nor offering to help.Ultra seems like they never have specials and absolutely never have any type of samples or free trials. Nothing! This is why I avoid this establishment. They offer nothing to consumers in comparison to every other beauty store.

I shopped at this location during Christmas and I was amazed at the excellent level of customer service, even though the store was packed with Xmas shoppers! The staff at this location was helpful, patient and polite, even on a very busy day. I will definitely shop there again!

Very bad costumer service. They are very dishonest. I came to exchanges a product and they didn't give us back 16$. The relation between a cashier and a customer is built on trust. DO NOT TRUST the staff here If come to this location please double check ur receipts again because they might do this to u. This place does not deserve one star. The Ulta location at Arden is 100% better. The staff are so much nicer and they actually help!! Spent more than 200$ but they were still dishonest. I won't be coming back here

employees are nice most of the time. i recently came in and bought a couple things. i don't live in the area and only come a couple times a year. the lady checking me out was very snarky about me not wanting to sign up for rewards. then proceeded to say while i was leaving something along of the lines of " i always see you come in here and the amount of times i see you you would have had about $8." are you kidding me. the last time i was in there was about 3-4 months ago. i do not shop there to be harassed because i'm not signing up for something. she didn't say this in a supportive helpful way but in a your stupid and doing this wrong. i understand every time they have someone sign up they might get a benefit in some way but doesn't make it okay to be straight up rude to customers about it. not wanting to come back for this reason only.
