Refuse to answer the phone, will hang up on you or put you on hold endlessly without acknowledging you. Walked in and it was dead in there. Keep “attempting” deliveries to my place and failing but instead of returning to sender so I can get a refund they’d prefer failing to deliver it repeatedly. Where’s the accountability? 90% of the other reviews are exactly the same, rude employees that don’t care and will roll there eyes and make you wait. Most other branches I have a pleasant experience and 99% of my mail gets delivered but here it’s 50/50 on a good day. BEWARE and keep voicing your displeasure until the noise is unbearable.

I love this Bowman PO and the service there. t's so much faster than the Nevada St PO. Please keep it going! Wish it was open more hours and Sat for at least a few hours.

The best post office in Auburn. Professional, friendly service and all the materials you want/need! This small outpost beats the main post office hands down on all points.
Update: Days before Christmas service was fast, friendly and wonderful as always! Plenty of flat rate boxes and materials also! I'm always blown away how such a small operation can out service the main post office in every way!

Quick and easy location. Small town post office with great customer service. The only downside is the hours, but they are short staffed so it's understandable.

We have been using this post office for nearly 30 years and are very thankful it is here. I remember when David was the post master and he was amazing, kind and fun. Tina is great and we are never disappointed with her friendliness or her service. My family is thankful for the USPS and all the people who work so diligently to keep us all connected. We love this little location and how it always has a welcoming “small town feel”.

New woman who runs the office (Tina) is completely rude. Favors some costumers over others. Never checks ID when picking up packages, even handed my paycheck to someone who was never authorized to pick up my mail! She shouldn’t work for the postal service, extremely unprofessional. Zero stars because of her. Every other clerk there has been great.

It's a joy to walk into one of the oldest USPS offices in the country, continually operating since before the Pony Express to mail a letter or get stamps. Better than a museum or 'living history,' its historic yet alive and well in Old Town Auburn. A treasure.

Despite the rotating clerks of the last few years and the recent inability to open at 9:00 am my experiences have been positive. The clerks are helpful, courteous and fast.

Says it opens at 9am but I’ve been waiting here for 15 minutes, and I’ve even seen 4 other people waiting with me who have given up. Ridiculous!

Have had my post office box here at this location for years now, they are constantly changing post masters here always a new person these past few years now. They removed the trash can in the lobby now you can't throw away all your unwanted junk mail, lobby also needs to be cleaned and swept up more often, can't speak to a real person at this tiny post office location for a simple question, all automated now, wait time to speak to their 800 number representative are rediculous....

They can't seem to be able to put orders in the right mail box. I've lost more than 6 orders because they put them in the wrong box and then they refuse to help when you call and say it's delivered. I had to basically twist their arm to get them to even check the other boxes for a $200 order and that was once! And what's even worst is that management is just as bad. If I could give them less than a star I would and if I was able to pick what services businesses used this would be my last choice.

Oldest post office in continuous service west of the Mississippi! How cool!
