We scheduled two appointments Saturday morning for passports, no one was there. We wasted 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. Do NOT schedule a passport appointment here for Saturdays! Highly unprofessional.

Horrendous service. Woman at the counter trying to serve everyone, people waiting in line for 25+ minutes. Extra man behind the counter wandered aimlessly like a lost snail.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORTS. I made an appointment a month in advance for a Saturday 8 am. We get there before 8:00. Two other families show up for 8:15 and 8:30 appointments. Employees were inside but doors were locked. We waited more than an hour. Nobody ever came out.. Went to Clerk Recorder in Rocklin, was in and out in 15 minutes

I don't normally like to make negative reviews but after every single visit being a soul-sucking experience I just had to post here. It's the same issue that everybody has as far as picking up packages or any service really.The packages are by far the worst though. The people working that area obviously hate their job. They are defensive and outright rude. You stand in line wasting your precious time only to be told they can't find your package and you'll have to come back! It's just absurd that we can't get packages delivered and then have to go through this process. Somebody really should take a look at their system and fix it!

The staff are rude and inconsiderate to customers. They put themselves first. I walk in at 5PM on the dot with my package and toddler in my arms. The doors were unlocked. I walked in to four people in line and the lady working said I’m not helping you. We are closed now and I said it’s 5 o’clock and she said yeah we close at five, I then said I guess if I didn’t have a child to carry I would’ve walked in one minute sooner. She was absolutely inconsiderate and plain hateful, I’ve worked in customer service for years and if someone walks in prior to locked doors they get service. This post office sucks. Go elsewhere, I know I will.

Aside from the employees who I really like all of them and I’m especially missing the recent retirees. This place is an absolute madhouse. Long lines, shortstaffed always, And just an overall feeling that aside from the cashiers that people working in the back whether it’s delivery or the person handing you your package it is a complete and utter disaster. I’ve personally seen people wait multiples of hours just to be told that I can’t find your package and then the next day find out. It’s been there the whole time. My issue is all of the sudden they are now holding my items behind the counter instead of putting them in the storage locker like they’ve done for the 2 1/2 years I’ve been with them. So it’s a major conflict with my working hours and today for instance they’ve had a part that I need for my vehicle for a few days that I haven’t been able to get there during business hours, but I literally called 37 times in the last hour between the hours of 4 and 5 PM and could not get anybody on the phone. Frustration doesn’t even begin to describe the feeling. And again, I’m not making this a personal attack on any of the employees because I respect all of them because they’re doing what they can with the manpower that they have but it’s not enough. USPS pay your employees a livable wage. Pay your drivers a livable wage. Pay your cashier is a livable wage. Pay your male sorters a livable wage. Then And only then we might see those constant help-wanted ads get filled with good candidates. But this is absolutely ridiculous and I am now looking into alternatives because calling back to back to back for over an hour straight and not getting anybody on the phone is just inexcusable. USPS do better.

I love it, they cannot deliver mail claiming they don't have access to the delivery location. The delivery location is a USPS pedestal box Street Side on a public street in a quiet neighborhood, with parking. HEY USPS if you're gonna lie, at least be creative!

This post office lies about packages not being able to be delivered because the mailbox is full or that the package is too large. They are too lazy to put packages into the larger bin and just forget about getting them to actually bring a package to your home or even driveway. Having to come to the post office to pick up the packages will have you waiting in line for 30 minutes minimum. Horrible service, lazy drivers.

Love this post office. Always fast and doing things correctly. Also the Passport lady is so nice and helpful and personable.
