I know there have been a lot of negative comments about all of the pharmacies ever since Covid. Well, this is a positive review. I ran into Walgreens on Airport Road to pick up my photos that I ordered online. Not only were they all perfect but the friendly greeting and outstanding service by Fred deserves kudos! Thank you, Fred... You were very helpful! Have a great day!

This is usually an amazing pharmacy but today 3/11 at 2:30pm they finally acted like every other pharmacy there is. Their phone system didn't recognize me so I went in and she acted like I was insane for coming in to do a refill. Then I was confused about what days I could pick up what and she was very rude as if I am a pharmacy worker and I know what's going on. I didn't get her name but she needs to do better. Also she was on her personal phone when I walked up and I had to wait for her. A very nice boomer lady.

Had to use drive thru today. Line hasn't moved in 25 minutes with two vehicles ahead. This is typical whether you go inside or use drive thru.

Worst pharmacy service ever. I have been a customer for about 8 years and every month that I come to get my meds I know it's going to be a long wait time. Yesterday they received my prescription electronically at 2:10 pm and my prescription wasn't ready until about 6:30, unbelievable. I actually feel that had I not gone in they wouldn't have filled it yesterday. All of the customers waiting before me got turned away at the window with the clerk saying " your prescription is not ready " same at the drive thru. When my prescription was finally ready I pay go outside to my car and review what I just picked up. I noticed that my one prescription is not a 30 day supply only about 18 days worth. So I then get out of my car to go back inside and stand in line again. I now have to ask to speak with the pharmacist and take her away from what she's doing to question the split prescription and verify that I can get the balance when I need it. She says" yes just call us before you run out and we'll fill it". I used to be a pharmacy technician and either the pharmacist usually comes and tell you if anything is different with your prescription or tells the clerk to relay the message and nothing was said to me. I noticed it myself after getting to my car. I'm definitely changing pharmacies. My time is important and I'm a patient person since I've been dealing with this for over 8 years but no more. It's a terrible pharmacy. They are under staffed and definitely not trained for the position they are holding. When you do actually get thru on the phone after hold for 45 minutes or longer they don't listen to your question(s). I had to bring that up the other day when calling to inquire about my medication and the clerk was like " yeah your prescriptions ready". I had to mention again that the one ready was not the one I was calling about. Worst pharmacy ever. They need more pharmacists and properly trained staff. I actually came on a Sunday once to get my medications and the pharmacy was closed all day because the pharmacist called in sick and there wasn't a replacement for her. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one. CVS is looking better and better and they suck to. I didn't even want to give the one star rating but you can't post a review otherwise.

Should it take 15 minutes to pick up a filled prescription? No. But does it? Yes. Yes it does. The people working here have DMV-level enthusiasm for efficiency and speed.

They should just close the drive thru pharmacy line. Usually 10 minute wait. it's a total joke, but probably less time than in the store which is usually 15 min waitThey have been understaffed for years, but apparently they are satisfied with abysmal service

Most inefficient and uneducated employees. Takes 30 minutes to help one person while employees are staring at the ceiling half the time and prescriptions aren't filled that should be.

On Wednesday March 2nd my boyfriend got 3 of his wisdom teeth takin out. We were all the way in Arden about a 45 minute drive from home and needed a Walgreens with a drive threw close to home. Bc he could not go inside. We arrived at the Walgreens and waiting in line for 30minutes with the same two car in front of us. So all together about 1 and 15 minutes that should be enough time to get medicine together. Unfortunately when we pulled up to the window are meds were still not ready and they said it would be another hour. I said okay and said is it okay if I go home drop my boyfriend off and I just come back to pick up the pills. The lady said yes, I took my boyfriend home and about an hour I get a call saying his meds are ready. I go to the counter ask for the meds. They lady with gray curlyish hair with a stout like body says oh those are not ready sorry. I have never looked at anyone like this I was so mad and frustrated. I had told her I had received a call saying the meds where ready. She said thats a robot they are never correct it's about another 30 minutes. And said wait wtf why would you call me then. She had said they do not control the robot. I said can I at least pay for them, she said my pharmacist is not here and I can not reales any meds or cash u out. I was on the verge of tears at this point. My boyfriend is in pain and and they could care less. Taking there time just standing there doing nothing. The only reason I have given them one star was for the thin lady with her gray hair in a bun. Who said once the pharmacist is back you will be the first one up. And she was trying to calm me down by being friendly.

Made an appointment at 1pm for my COVID shot and flu shot. I didn't receive my shots till 2:45. The lady behind the counter is absolutely rude. Every time I'm here the guest service is crap I've had guest taken in front of me when I'm there waiting longer . Employees Refused to even wear mask properly while helping guest. Refuse to say my name properly, even after being corrected properly. Racist places. I also ended up with another patients paperwork, so I'm pretty sure that patient ended up with me private information. I do not recommend this place to anyone. However that being said Teresa was very nice and helpful.

Pack a lunch before going to this Walgreens. Slow is an understatement. Nice people, just way under staffed.

I went into Walgreens to pick up a prescription that was already made up. I was only third in line and one person was already being helped. I stood in line for over an hour to pick up a prescription that should've taken me 10 minutes. The employee couldn't figure out how to run the check through the machine the prescription had to be checked again by the pharmacist. It was all together a very painful experience. I understand employee shortages but perhaps the store should be closed until they can provide basic services.
