Ciao-Baci is a charming shop with a lovely owner who provides exceptional service. Visitors appreciate the kind and friendly atmosphere, often engaging in pleasant conversations. The store offers a nice variety of items, including souvenirs and quality products for the kitchen and home. Although some guests come just to browse, they find the shop well maintained and inviting, making it a delightful stop for anyone in the area.
Most lovely owner, and the items are just as lovely. We had a wonderful conversation while shopping, and she even found and shipped my phone home out of the kindness of her heart. She went above and beyond trying to help a stranger, i think that deserves more than 5 stars:)

Has much more interesting merchandise than many other stores in Avalon. Also the owner is very nice :)

We came in just to browse. They had a nice variety of items for sale- not only souvenirs but nice items for your kitchen and home. We didn’t end up purchasing anything from here but the shop is well maintained and nice.
