“The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.”

The staff were very friendly and their 5 day exchange policy is so helpful as I accidentally got the incorrect size the first time.”

It’s a must to stop here every time I’m in Pismo!I had a recent interaction with Bling Boutique that left me in awe!I bought a pair of shoes from them that were teal in color and had filigree on the side. There were two different styles. One had cloth filigree, teal and black, and the other had leather filigree, teal and gray. They resembled each other almost identical.In fact, you wouldn’t have been able to tell them apart, unless someone pointed it out.Once I got home, I wanted to wear them to work the following Monday and to my surprise there were two different shoes in my box. I immediately got on the phone with Bling Boutique and explained to them what had happened. Debbie stepped in and took great care of me.She felt very bad for the mixup, (even though it was definitely a slight mistake anyone could’ve made! Look at pics).She asked for my address and sent me the other odd-matched pair at their expense. She didn’t charge me and told me to enjoy both pairs! This is the kind of customer service that is hard to come by nowadays.The Bling Boutique in Pismo Beach will always have my business, great bling merchandise and awesome customer service is what made my shopping experience so good, I had to leave a review! “This shop was a lovely surprise on a trip up to Northern California. Stopped in SLO for lunch and happened to walk into this shop. My favorite stores are always unique, women owned, small businesses that have special small brands and designers, and this was exactly it! Women designers, all unique and special jewelry as well as an assortment of other gifts. They have a huge range of prices to meet various budgets, and there is something for everyone. Piece after piece was incredibly stunning and I am obsessed with their selection. I plan on stopping here every time I drive through SLO as well as ordering on their website!”
