Shower is terrible the staff is friendly low-budget breakfast no pride in in your room stuff needs to be painted and fixed. You have to purchase your remote for your TV and return it. Despite all that it still was a nice staySafety: Parking lot is safe

Nice place, but costumer service, no good, also member VIP lion app not ? accepted.. they take only cash for deposit $ they can charge deposit on the card. So u need take cash ATM out the place.. that busness marketing ..I know that.oh if they change the SISTEM they can put open the credit card or debit card.. anyways .but they never think I'm guess rewies Google fan.. so becaurfull when u make reservations.. cause to cancelled to much drama no money back.. ok .. redacted becaurfull. U app before.. that make this place 2 or 3 ⭐..Rooms: Nice .. but I like more Americans best value inn hotel REDLANDS city ❤️Nearby activities: Nice ? close the everything u needSafety: Like relaxing

I called in advance to find out if the pool was open.They said yes. I asked if they had an atm because they want a cash 100$ deposit they said no but in fact their is one right outside the office.Being stranded in California for xmas due to our delayed flight back home because of the stormy weather my daughter and I decided on this hotel for the pool and the fun that a hot tub and pool offers. I was also looking forward to the free breakfast butI was very disappointed that the pool was actually closed with a ? lock and I had to call multiple times to remind/get someone to open it for me. Then I was very upset to find the pool and hot tub was actually ice cold.So we ended up locked inside a room with no fun amenities.Decided to call the next day to see if anything had changed in terms of the pool temperature, well it turns out the pool was now warmed up but closed at 6pm on xmas day because the hot tub pumps didnt work.The coffee and juice offered at the office was ok except the juice is too concentrated and their was no coffee, sugar nor cream..today their was coffee and sugar but no stirring sticks nor cream.I must say this is the worst hotel experience I have had. The customer service was ok (not the best) but yesterday having to call multiple times to remind the office lady That I wanted to check in on the pool temp and hopefully hop in the pool to only to find out (once she did show up an hr later to unlock it) that it was closed and it definitely upset me but I played it cool. Not to mention the fridge that didnt work in the room. No coffee maker in the room, no microwave, no breakfast, no pool...it definitely felt like I got cheated out of a great experience. Im definitely not going to come back. Id rather pay for the amenities promised than to pay for a cheated experience. I feel I got cheated out of the pool, out of the breakfast, out of a comfortable comforter/bed, out of what could have been a fun holiday experience. So if you are booking this hotel for the pool, or for the breakfast offered... I wouldn't. Do Try it on a day to day basis (maybe things change) but dont book 3 nights in a row and in advance like I did because there are no refunds.It was definitely a waste of money and time. I would also note that the floors were really dirty and dusty, you have to ask for the extra hand and pool towels and you have to pay for the ice.Thanks Americas Best Value but It was definitely not actually the best value for my buck. I feel it is falsely advertised.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED. BE CAREFULThe lady that runs it attempted to overcharge for a room I was trying to check into. Also demanded a $100 Cash deposit.The greed was radiating in her eyes when she said it to me. I quickly told her to take the deposit from my credit card, she refused and started to say that "the hotel chain cannot process deposits on credit cards and that they only accept cash deposits '. This is highly unusual, being a regular traveler , deposits have always been taken directly from my credit card.I quickly got SCAM vibes , I turned down the whole transaction and went to Home2Suites instead. Granted I paid more BUT I DID NOT get potentially scammed nor cheated.

I went to the lobby at 7:35 PM on 12/31/21 and asked for towels because there were none at the pool. Unfortunately, I could not understand her English, but I think she said no, as in they don't have any. Like what???

Hidden "Deposit" of $100 CASH ONLY. That is ONLY stated on Expedia. It is not even mentioned on thier "Official Site" Demand for a refund was met with "Oh we dont have your money they have your money" BS forcing me to go and pull out cash. Save yourself the hassle and get a name brand Hotel/Motel.

Not a great hotel. The major issues I had were: the first room they gave us had the fire alarm low battery and was beeping every minute. They gave us a different room, but while taking a shower there was a huge spider. Also we couldn't call to get a room. We had to go to the inn physically, and then found out it was cash only.Minor issues were the clock on both rooms were completely wrong time and to get hot water in the shower you have to turn the nob to cold.Only reason I didn't give it 2 stars was because I was able to sleep, and the service wasn't terrible. I would prefer not to come again though

I made reservations with a 3rd party provider with credit card and discovered the motel required a $100 cash deposit in addition to my credit card which was already charged by the 3rd party provider.I refused to pay the deposit and asked the motel to return charges to my credit card but the hotel refused to do so. So there is no specific statement statement stating the hotel's $100 deposit on the 3rd party provider's polices. The approval for refund had to come from the hotel management the 3rd party provider claimed and they refused my request for a refund. Oh well, you snooze you lose ! This collaboration between hotels/motels and 3rd party providers is common. it's the easiest $153 they made that night and if it happened to me it has happened many others before, just read the reviews.Lesson learned? I will never use a 3rd party service again, I was just a singular fish in the pond and neither made an effort to consider my request for a refund.I spent over 2 hours on the phone with the 3rd party provider, speaking with four different representatives, never ever again!

Customer service/ Front desk was very rude. Came 30 minutes before check-in and even though hotel was EMPTY he would not let me check in. When I tried to sit and wait he told me I could not sit, and made me wait outside in the heat. Just a rude person with no people skills. Room and quality of hotel was definitely not worth the $100/night

Woke up to a few cockroaches on the wall. Took pictures of it to show the front desk. The lady denied they have cockroaches and didn't want to look at the pictures. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a refund. This will be the last time I stay at this roach infested place. It was disgusting and disappointing.
