Would rate it 5 but Price cheaper on santa monica and Vermont and even better its next door neighbor it's definatly WORTH THE PRICE elsewhere.

Im a regular that comes every morning for the hot coffee. Love the morning staff here. Always are polite and nice. Always coffee available and clean. Good prices here as well.
