Arrived at 5:15 for a 06:00 appointment. The receiver pictured is useless. I stood around for 45 minutes waiting on this guy to come check me in. Once he woke up from a nap and actually did acknowledge me and another driver, he kicked us out of the office, locked the door and jumped in his car and left. There are now three trucks waiting and no one’s home to receive the damn loads. I hate this location. This is my last time delivering here.

They ask you for a bribe to download you, if you don't agree they leave you waiting for hours. Terrible place!!

First time here I got lucky and was accepted 3hrs before my appt time. Came back a year later and the wont take you before or after your appointment time, they will put you in q door whenever they want; also the guy in the third shift closes to take naps or wack off in the back! but once you get a door, unloading is fairly quick.

Lazy forklift guy!!!My appointment was set for 06:00am, i try to check in at 05:45am , the guy told me that i have to wait for another shift to come because he is done with his shift for today. Very disapointed with this, no words can explain this situlation! And at 06:30 he told me to go out of the building, he locked it and sit in his car and go somewhere.(No overnight parking, work by appointment only).You can try to park on the street if you can find the spot, because its allways full!

If you are too early for appointment or late don't even go there unless you are ready give the reciever a $10 or $20 dollar donation ?

It is recommended that you arrive at the appointment time, it is useless to go too early, and there is no space next to you to park and wait, the unloading speed is fast, and the staff is friendly.

They were nice and got me unloaded 2 hours early. It wasn't very busy when I showed up but that's still pretty cool.

They typically unload in 30 minutes or less. Go in the man door up the ramp that says no admittance. Turn left and go to the wall, turn right past the window, turn left into the door and you will be in their break room. Once in the break room make a U-turn and that will be the office that you need to go into to check-in.Coronavirus update. You now walk through the glass door into the office and turn right to the window.

Terrible place to deliver, nothing like the other ball warehouses, if you have a load that delivers here, do not show more than 15min before your appt, the evening shift is the worst,....
