Zuni is so sweet and she was super helpful to my sister and I when we were looking for some on theme outfits for a mehndi celebration at the last minute ? She literally saved us and worked with us to find some beautiful pieces that would fit us (we are mid size to plus size) even going as far as reaching out to other people she knew to try to find outfits in our sizes. And I personally really loved that she was teaching us how to wear the outfits free of judgement.

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

“I want to comment on my most recent experience this holidays season of 2023. I came in on a Tuesday night for last minute shopping. I checked the store hours and seen on Yelp that they close @10pm. To my surprise, they actually close at midnight. The lovely cashier informed me as I casually made conversation when I was paying for my stuff. She informed me that that stay open late for the holidays and go back to normal hours after. She was very warm and kind to me and she took great care of my purchase made. The selection available at this location is like at any other. Sometimes there is good stuff and sometimes there is barely anything. I think you have to be a proactive ROSS shopper to know the best deals and days to come. The only one I know of is because of my mom, she's a senior and makes it a point to go to her local Ross on Tuesday because of Ross Senior Discount Tuesdays - Ross is a discount retailer that provides people 55+ years with a 10 percent discount on Tuesdays. I LOVE ROSS for all my household and clothing needs. I always find the best shoes, boots, work clothes & shoes, purses, toys for kids and toddles, clothes for babies, etc. I also find great deals on gifts for all occasions. Anything from baby showers to weddings, literally any event! You can find something here and at a great price! This location is great ! Keep up the great work everyone !”

“We have new management here at Ross, and we all try to work hard to get the store back into order, but people say in there comment the store is a mess Hmm ! We clean up the customer mess because people can't put stuff back where they got it from. It's nice to see nice comments it's nice to see other people's opinion but what gets me is that people don't understand you can only do so much , stuff on the floor is from the customers not from the employees people drop something at least pick it up we have customers all the time that just leave their stuff around like we're their maids , people aren't watching there kids it look like a daycare center , we should be working as a team not working against each other. This is our place our community our Ross Store, if you go out Newport Beach you don't see Ross Store looking like a big mess things on the floor why because customers have respect for each other and pick up after themselves in Newport Beach . over here it's not like that customer don't care so they throw things on the ground , and it make us look bad, if we all work together pick up the shoes you don't want or the toy your child took down or store wouldn't look like it a mess. I've gone to stores other stores like Macy's that there's only two cashiers. Why because people call out yes there's a lot of young kids work at the store these days people don't want to work especially on the weekends, so please have patience with the cashier , put yourself in our shoes . We try our best to help everybody get everybody out as soon as possible.. I always ask please removed the hanger so we can get you out faster. And I think it rude when people are checking out being on there phone. We try are best especially on the weekends. To get you out. Someone told me stop caring so much for this store. But I work very hard to make things look good that how we where brought up to make things look good. Also if you don't want something just give it to the cashier they leaving it anywhere. On my days I work I do my best to make sure everything look good. It the customer who make the mess not the employees. So please appreciate us . Thank you for reading my comment. “Went here for first time this week. Saw it when driving by and wanted to check it out. The store is huge with pleanty of invitory and nicely organized. They had a Torrid section which was a plus for me and the clothes were very nicely priced and brand new, like overstock from the store. The store has color tag sales of the week. The prices of some items are a bit on the higher side so you do have to really search through things and look for color of the week tags or find those hidden gems that are priced good. But overall its worth a check out cause you never know what you can find for a good price.”

“I absolutely love this little boutique! I was on the hunt for a dress to wear to a conservative event—I wanted something appropriate but not frumpy or “old lady” style (I’m 69!). I went to Santa Anita Mall and visited every store that sold dresses, including my favorite, Nordstrom. I came home completely empty-handed and honestly a bit discouraged.
Then I remembered my sister-in-law had worn a beautiful blouse to her brother’s 70th birthday. She told me she got it at Aniche—it’s the only place she shops because she hates going to the mall. So I decided to check it out.
I’m so glad I did! I walked out with the perfect dress—and it even matched my husband’s Hugo Boss blue suit! The owner and her assistant Emma were incredibly patient and kind, bringing me several options to try until we found the one. Aniche is a true gem!”

This location has more plus size women's clothing available than other Ross locations I have been to, so I was impressed by that.
