“Located inside the Westfield West Covina Mall 1st floor. I usually find good deals inside. They have clothing geared towards the younger crowd but have something for everyone from jeans, polos, t-shirts, shorts, jackets, hoodies, dresses, etc along with accessories. Lots of good deals and the big sale section is located in the back behind the cash registers. My kids can usually find a good deal back there. Dressing rooms are located in the back too. The employees are friendly.”
“Went to Old Navy in City of Industry CA today. One thing that stood out at this site is I was approached by two associates at different times willing to assist me. I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. “I had so much trouble finding this place because it's right next to Starbucks and I thought Starbucks would take up the entire corner of the plaza it's located in! My work is down the street so I decided to drop in and kill some time on my lunch break. I was greeted by a friendly store associate who let me know of the discounts and specials they have going on. Fat discounts, "better than the outlets" because they're trying to move their inventory in order to carry more higher end designer brands. I proceeded to check out the polarized sunglasses (they have Ray Bans, Tom Ford, D&G, etc.) but none of the styles appealed to me. So I moved over to the clothing section. They carry Siwy denim, Joe's jeans, Free People, 100% cotton tees, yoga apparel, and so on. There's discounts on those too, and the more you buy the better % amount you get off. Then I moved over to shoes- Asked if they carried sandals (I've been looking for the perfect pair of slide sandals), and saw they carried Rainbows and Havaianas! Score. Purchased a pair of each for $49 total, what a steal. (They were half off). When you sign in on Yelp, you receive a free 7oz tin of Eva's Glow body scrub (worth $35) since they're out of Dermalogica products. The associate was very attentive and friendly, also well knowledged in everything they carry. I thought it was a bit awkward when she followed me around the store from the minute I entered, but she was so helpful. Great customer service, girl! Would definitely recommend checking this store out.”

Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Keep in mind that 1 this is an off price store which means that they carry affordable known and unknown brands at already discounted prices. 2, during the holidays customers are extremely messy and I feel bad for the workers to pick up after the mess that people make: 3, the Alhambra store is not messy once the holidays passed. The service is friendly, fyi this is not Nordstrom so stop expecting that kind of service from workers who get paid minimum wage and who probably don't get enough hours as I have experienced.
