“Back in 2022 I got a back injury at work I had to stop going to the gym which I love to work out to make matters worst the clinic where my job send me made it worst by trying to adjust my back I developed what it’s called drop foot a condition where as much as you want to move your foot from the ankle it just doesn’t respond when I went back and talked to Iggy about it and told me to get back to the gym him personally work with me slowly but with a lot of wisdom and care he brought me back to where I stared to have feeling in my foot again thanks to him I regain movement it was a scary time for me because even the doctor who treat it me believe that I wouldn’t be able to have movement on my foot again what it really worry me too is that my and my wife love to dance so you can imagine my fear of not been able to ever dance again so with a lot of confidence I can testify that if you have any kind of back problems or any body discomfort and want to give yourself a chance to get better he will work patiently with whatever problem you have I will always be great full with him thank you Iggy.”

“Aspire Fitness is truly outstanding! After careful consideration, I decided to start my fitness journey there. I've longed to improve my strength and overall well-being for quite some time. However, navigating the world of exercises and proper form has been challenging. Similarly, determining the best dietary choices to complement my workout routine has proven difficult. “Great place to work out if you don't like going to the gym. I didn't like going to the gym because of the atmosphere and because I had no idea what I was doing most of the time. F45 solved both those issues!I started out here a couple months ago after a 15-year-or-so hiatus from working out. I was both reluctant and a bit intimidated at first but that quickly wore off after meeting the coaches. They help you with your form, provide you with a wealth of fitness knowledge and they never push you beyond your limits unless you ask them to. Each coach has a different background so if you have a highly specific question about anything, one of the coaches ought to be able to answer it.Tim, the owner, teaches some of the classes and he's both very empathetic and helpful. Stand up dude!Overall, no complaints. I love coming here and I'll be coming here for years to come.”

“I came to this gym as a complete newbie to structured exercise and after four months of going and working with a trainer there, I feel much more confident in myself, my body's abilities, and so much stronger!! It's been so satisfying watching myself be able to lift more and more over the weeks.Everyone I've met at the gym has been so kind and helpful, and it's clearly a community of very friendly people. The owner Julie is super responsive and very helpful with scheduling, and my trainer Jesus was the perfect fit for what I needed! I really liked that we were able to have a very non-judgmental and lighthearted approach to learning the lifts while still being serious about getting things right. “At 41, I was an avid basketball player, competing 3-5 times weekly including multiple men's leagues. The intense schedule led to severe back pain and knee tendonitis, forcing me to stop playing completely.
I chose Coach for her comprehensive sports expertise, particularly her ongoing experience with multiple sports teams and background as a collegiate basketball player. Her understanding of the sport has been essential to my recovery.
Following an initial assessment, we addressed my back pain through mobility work and gradual strength training. The pain vanished within a month and hasn't returned.
The knee tendonitis required more time to heal, but a combination of progressive strength training and continued mobility work has brought me close to full recovery.
Recently we've continued the focus on mobility, strength, and injury prevention. Training three times weekly with Coach for the past year has put me in great condition with considerable injury resistance. My physique has also visibly improved, though this wasn't my primary goal.
Training at MFTC lets me see Coach's success with various clients and fitness goals. Her assistants, Pat and Lillian, provide excellent additional support. I plan to continue working with Coach and her team indefinitely.”
