“I came in to Puente Hills Toyota to get a tire, as I had a nail in one of my tires. Isaac Diaz said he would have to run it by the tire insurance. My husband explained that we were on our way to funeral and asked if they could just put the tire on and we would pay for it and deal with the insurance later. Isaac had the tire changed in record time and would not take payment for the tire. He said the insurance will cover it but he needed time to process and he knew we did not have time that day.
