He measured me up, asked what I needed, and had me fully suited up—jacket, vest, shirt, pants, belt, socks, and shoes—all in about 20 minutes. I was blown away by how fast and easy it was. I had just come from Macy’s where I saw a jacket for over $500 and nearly had a heart attack. Wally hooked me up with everything I needed for way less, and I looked sharp. If you need a suit and don’t want to waste time or money, go see Wally. He’ll take care of you”

“I enjoy shopping at our local DXL store with my 17 year old son. The store is clean and organized. My son can find clothes that fit comfortably and are stylish. The employees are always helpful with finding what he is looking for. They remind us if they don't have his size they can order it and he can pick it up in the store or have it delivered to our home. We've always had good experiences at DXL and the employees make it so easy for us.

“I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included waiting in line. THANK YOU MELISSA AND AUTUMN FOR SUCH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sincerely appreciate your help.”
“It’s Kohl’s in Laverne very nice clean. They’ve got plenty of baskets in the front, especially if your elderly like I am, I had to return some items that I had ordered from Amazon. The only thing I don’t like about it, you have to go to the back of the store.
Once I was back there process took less than five minutes. The girl that waited on me was very nice and helpful.”

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me.
