Responding to the comment on my review from Jinish: 1. Renewal Reminder: Consistent with our policy, we sent out a renewal reminder 15 days before your due date, specifically on December 15, 2023, for the upcoming January 1, 2024, renewal. This was intended to provide ample time for renewal arrangements. JT: I received no such renewal reminder on December 15th. I checked my voicemail/text message/mail box/email and no such renewal reminder existed in any of those places. In fact, to add a little bit of insult to injury, Just yesterday (1/11/23) did they introduce the ability to renew your mailbox online! Amazing funcionality, why was it not introduced a month earlier when many of the renewals would be coming up, what's the value in introducing something 10 days after the new year, so I have 356 days to renew ahead of time? 2. Extended Grace Period: Recognizing January 1st as a holiday, we not only provided the standard 3-day grace period but extended it further to 5 days. This was to accommodate any potential delays during the holiday season. A reminder and an offer to waive the late fee, if the renewal was processed promptly, were communicated via a call to your Google Voice service on January 5, 2024. JT: That is inaccurate. I received a voicemail on January 4th from you asking for a call back. There was no such mention about a late fee waiver on this date, You must have made a call to another person on January 5th 3. Late Fee Policy: The original contract includes a provision for a late fee after the grace period. In appreciation of your continued business with us, we proactively reached out to offer a waiver of this fee, as mentioned in our voice message on January 5th. JT: Again, I still have the voicemails from you on the 4th and the 8th and in both messages, there were no such mentions of of a late fee waiver. In fact here is the voicemail transcripts from both days: 1/4/2023 9:17 AM: Hey, good morning Johnny. This is Jinesh calling from PostalAnnex regarding your mailbox. When you get a chance, can you please give me a call back? Our number here is 626-771-2340. Again, the number 626-771-2340. Thanks. Bye. 1/8/2023 9:39 AM: Hey, good morning Johnny. This is Jinishes calling from Postal Annex regarding your mailbox. You have mailbox at Postal Annex. One number 181, and I was just calling to see if you would like to renewed over the phone or in person. And our number here is 626-771-2340 again, thanks. Bye. 4. Operational and Handling Fees: Our operational policies, including fees for handling oversized or heavy packages, are in place to ensure efficient business management. As part of a franchise, we adhere to specific guidelines, including non-reversible system-generated charges. We strive to accommodate our loyal customers within these constraints. JT: While I understand this, I would have appreciated the heads up as part of the initial rental agreement. Your rental agreement should have the fees listed out so customers know what to expect ahead of time. They can be "subject to change". 5. Oversized Package Handling: While we reserve the right to refuse oversized packages, we have made exceptions for valued customers like yourself, notifying you of such arrivals as a courtesy. JT: And I have promptly come to pick up the product to return said courtesy.

He is always willing to answer any questions I have and help me out since I am not very tech savvy. So many businesses today don't understand the value of repeat business & great customer service. I always make it a point to ask to speak with manager when ever recognition is due. In this case we were dealing directly with manager Mr. Tinish understands concept of dotting your i's & crossing your t's. Excellent experiences at Postal Annex on a scale of 1 - 10 a ten hands down. I recently worked on a gift with Mr. Tinish with a picture of a lake taken on a clear day, sky line a rich blue, a very personal sentiment. We transferred picture on to a canvas. We worked together on this idea but what impressed me the most was how involved Mr. Tinish got involved as if he wanted the perfect gift to happen by making some suggestions. His sense of urgency to get it right & expedited was right on point. The gift went above beyond my original plan. Thank you sir, my family loved this picture on canvas. I have referred your services on more than one occasion. I look forward to doing business with you in the near future. Happy Holidays!

I have used the Postal Annex on a number of occasions, and each time they have been courteous, professional, and helpful. Yesterday I was running late to complete a notarization, and they went out of their way to help me. I definitely recommend their services!

Unpleasant Experience at Postal Annex - Azusa, CAI recently had an unfortunate experience at the Postal Annex located at 1171 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts here in a professional manner.During my visit to the store, I encountered an issue with a gentleman behind the counter who I believe goes by the name Anush. The issue arose when he expressed reluctance to assist me with sending my package due to the size of the label affixed to it. Rather than offering a solution or providing guidance on potential alternatives, he suggested that I purchase a new set of labels, which would incur additional costs on my part.In response to this request, I politely agreed, intending to address my concerns later and, if necessary, file a formal complaint. Anush's demeanor abruptly changed when I mentioned my intention to make a complaint. He refused to help me any further and even asked me to leave, suggesting that I conduct my business elsewhere. When I reiterated my intention to file a complaint, he dismissed it, saying, "Go ahead, nothing is going to happen."I found this response to be both unprofessional and discourteous, leaving me with a negative impression of the service provided at this particular Postal Annex location. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful and courteous treatment, regardless of the circumstances. Anush's actions not only failed to meet this expectation but also cast a shadow over the reputation of the establishment.In light of this regrettable experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. Azusa offers numerous alternatives, and I see no reason to return to a place where customers are not valued and treated with care.I trust that businesses should prioritize maintaining a welcoming and customer-centric environment. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the management of this Postal Annex location to address the issue promptly and ensure that future customers do not encounter similar treatment.

Called to ask about LiveScan and the gentleman could not be bothered with me. He had a conversation with someone while I was on the phone and seemed inconvenienced and annoyed by the call. Avoiding this place in the future.

Stay far away. I believe it was the owner manager, who was incompetent and rude. He really thinks he is the king of the place, and customers are his underlings, begging him for help. He took and wrong order, and forced me to pay for the copy any how. want to charge me again for the right order, then promptly drove me out refusing service. I told him, it is all showing up in the review. He acted like he is immune to bad reviews. So, take your own chances. You want to deal with a king size ego and pay for the store's mistakes, try this one.
