You gotta be kidding! Am I missing something since the pandemic??? I walked into this outfit wanting to dry clean my jacket for my business suit after a week long overseas trip. A man walked over to the counter and quoted me 20 bucks to dry clean my business suit jacket! Can't believe it! The pricing is just ridiculous here. This cost more than my suit jacket. There was a condescending look from the man when I said it was too much and left. Drove over to another cleaner on Alosta short distance away and was charged $8! The name "Rosedale" does not mean you have to take every walk-in customer as a sucker with disrespect! Avoid!

A job well done every time I drop my clothes off here for some TLC! A "green" dry cleaner business. I have nothing but great things to say about this business, their work, attention to detail, and my satisfaction every time I pick my clothes up and look at them. Alterations are also done here. So if you beed that service. They can take care of that also. Quick pick up. Never a line. Great work all the time and I can't wait to put on those freshly cleaned clothes! Great job, Rosedale!

Wow! Been 12 years since my last review for Ara and his team at Rosedale. I'm still a fan and still only go to Rosedale! Today, Ara went out of his way to help me on a last minute need. I would never expect it but he offered and thanked me for my loyalty as a long time customer. I picked Rosedale originally because I wanted a safer alternative to traditional dry cleaning. I'm use to that now and wouldn't go elsewhere - other than another safe dry cleaner / but honestly not sure where one is around here. Yet, it doesn't matter, because Ara and team at Rosedale have always provided me with friendly service and done an excellent job with all of my dry cleaning needs - clothing, suits, dresses for my wife and girls, and household items.

I am shocked reading through some of the past reviews. I've been going to Rosedale cleaners for the past 10 years - just about every single week, and I have always had a significant load of dry cleaning and lots of experience using other dry cleaners here and overseas. I am very happy that I have found a dry-cleaner that takes the time and care and I appreciate our relationship and the service my family receives. I have also referred many of my clients that live in the area and they also feel the same. My clothes are always nicely pressed, on time and smell great every single time that I pick them up. Ara also takes liberties to make repairs and definitely goes the extra mile when he spots a defect or stain. If I have left any money or business cards in my pockets, I always get those back in a plastic bag at pick up (this has happened many times). I have some sensitive knit shirts that stretch out if I leave too long on the hanger. Ara has added some special material to the hanger so the fabric wont slide or stretch. I have only experienced Ara to go over and above!! Ara is always warm and welcoming. Thank you Ara! I very much appreciate you!!

First time I went to a dry cleaners and apparently people told me I got ripped off for two coats which came up to around $76 total. Now, other places have only charged me $15-20.

Rosedale is the very best dry cleaner. They treat your clothes as if they are brand new. I also recommend them for doing specialized cleaning such as competition dance wear. Have referred them to many friends and they all love the service and care they provide.

Been going to Rosedale for years. Originally found them when looking for a safer cleaner without all the harsh chemicals as they are a non-toxic cleaner. Ara and team have always been helpful and on time. Highly recommended!

Owner was nice, but way too expensive. I have never paid so much for dry cleaning. It's a nice place, but plenty of other places that are less expensive.

First and last time coming here. This review is based on service... the owner or who ever the man is with the glasses and gray hair is .. very rude! I didn't have a ticket but told him my name and my clothing was actually the first thing I saw and said oh no but that's my order.. never at any cleaners was this ever an issue not having my ticket and just giving my name ... but the man wanted to argue with me on understanding why I needed a ticket I even showed him my ID and he told me still not good enough I needed a ticket. I told him I don't need to understand I showed you my ID. First thing in the morning he wants to teach me lessons ... almost not releasing my items until I said "I understand " just to get my stuff. So to everyone don't lose your ticket or you might not get your items.

I needed a quick hemming repair for my dress I was going to wear at my baby shower and they were able to take it in 2 days prior! My dress came out decent where I could wear it after having my baby... thanks again!

I dropped off a long dress with light deodorant stains underarms to be cleaned and I showed him areas which he put tape one. He said it would cost $20. When I go to pick up the dress it now has white stains on bottom of the dress and it has spots on front. I'm glad I checked before leaving. I show him the stains and he says he spent an hour cleaning the dress and he should have charged me $25! I told him the white stains were not there before and he grabs it and takes it back to steam it. Spots still there and now he tells me it's $35! I tell him I just need it to be clean for a wedding. He was so rude and obnoxious! Do people take clean clothes to the cleaners??? It had more stains than when I dropped it off! I then go to pick it up and the stains are gone finally but the front ruffle is all wrinkled. I ask him if he can steam it and he gives me a dirty look. He grabs it and steams ruffle which is right in the front and then says when you put it on it won't show!! I'm never going back to be treated like that! I was polite when I dropped it off and also each time I went to pick it up! I'm glad I held in my temper because this guy does not know how to treat customers! He has a real issue with attitude and charged me more than the dress cost just to clean and steam it! Very disappointed and going to be looking elsewhere in the future!

Had a terrible experience here. The guy at the counter is short-tempered and rude. When I went to drop off a merino knitwear to be cleaned, without any comments he charged me the price and I had made a payment upfront (yes you have to pay first). Nothing was written on the receipt, that means my clothes had no problem when they are to be cleaned. Now, after I picked up my clothes, I found out my sweater was damaged. It had weird marks and lines were shrunk in the front of my sweater. That's fine, mistakes can happen and I thought I would just go back and get the cost for a replacement and a refund. The next morning, when I went to talk to the same guy/owner, he blatantly says the knitwear was bitten by some sort of insects that it damages the clothes, and it shows when you clean them (by this comment, I was in awe struck by how pathetic that sounded) AND THEN, he says "I knew you will come back because of this, I actually stitched the damaged part for you" WHAT!? IF YOU KNEW I WAS GOING TO COME BACK, why didn't you tell me about this when I was picking it up last night?? I was actually so angry after hearing that. This tells that he is trying to avoid situations like this UNTIL the customers actually come back to make complaints. I told him how disappointed I was when he clearly knew I will come back, but didn't say anything about it at the time. Then, he started yelling and raging how customers like me ruin his businesses and never to come back again and so on. So, after a series of exchange, i asked for a refund. I was refunded for the cleaning charge, and apparently half of the cost of my knitwear because he did not want to give me the full amount. ($15 for 2 clothes and $25 for my sweater, I had bought this sweater for $50). I just took the money because I didn't want to deal with him anymore. I wouldn't have left this negative review if he had just apologized and asked to give a refund. Not a single 'sorry' came up in our conversation. This review is for his toxic behavior and raging, I am aware that I was refunded partially for my clothes. All I did was dropped off two clothes to be cleaned, paid $14 upfront, and picked up the clothes to find out my clothes were damaged. I did not deserve such a hateful behavior and attitude from the owner. My advice to you: 1. Check out your clothes at the counter when you are there to pick up (yes, it was also my fault for not checking when I went to pick up. 2. Do NOT let him clean sweaters or any type of wool clothes. He will tell you about insect bites if the clothes are damaged.
