Had an unfortunate accident, and I really did not want to come here or any body shop. After shopping around by the recommendation of my insurance company, I settled on SGV auto center. Art was very helpful. Had my car fixed actually before the deadline that I asked for and they helped me out with my rental. Art and the team made my car good as new and I would absolutely recommend this body shop.

SCAMMM SHOP!!!!! DONT bring your car to SGV Auto Center for repairs! This place is a "SKETCHY SHOP" that lacks basic organizational practices. Their complete disregard for proper filing and documentation procedures is horrific! To make matters worse, they initiated repairs on my vehicle without obtaining my authorization. This disregard for a customer's consent is not only unethical but also illegal! The negative reputation of this shop is so well-known that even the Allstate adjuster, responsible for processing my insurance claim, personally reached out to me to express their reservations about working with this shop! They stated that they did not recommend this shop due to the negative feedback they had received! I urge you to AVOID the headaches and hassles you will have from entrusting this shop with your car!

Honestly i can't say nothing but great things about SGV auto center ! anything and everything i needed fixed in my car was great ! i got a new paint job and i can't believe how beautiful and shinny my car was left ! this place is great ! if i can leave 10 stars i would definitely recommend customer service is great and i love how fast and very attentive the staff is thank you so much to SGV my car drives like new and looks so beautiful i always get compliments on my car color ??

If i could leave negative stars i would, we took my husband's work vehicles in to get the rear bumper replaced. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, it had huge deep scratches on the rear driver's side fender. These were not present when the vehicle was dropped off. Business refuses to take responsibility for damage caused while under their care. Horrible customer service!!Service: Body & Trim

Worst place to go to, never bring your car here they will hold it forever, you will not see it for months, this place should be shut down, terrible buisness. Please believe me, you are better off trying to fix it yourself with no experience.

I had some body work that I needed done on my car. I took it to a few other body shops in the area but wasn't so happy with their quotes or customer service. As soon as I walked into the door at SGV Auto center I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. I got a great quote and all of the staff and technicians were profesional and very helpful. Art is very friendly and does great work. Highly recommend this for any automotive service needs!

Just came from interview at SGV AUTO CENTER IN AZUSA CA. EMPLOYEES NOT RUDE AT ALL I'M NOT JUST SAYING IT. ART WHO GAVE THE INTERVIEW WAS GREAT AS WELL SPECIALLY WHEN THE INTERVIEW WAS OVER AND I WAS LEAVING HE SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY GOD BLESS YOU DON'T HEAR THAT OFTEN T WAS REALLY PLEASED WHEN I HEARD THIS THANKS ART.
