I was driving south down Atlantic blvd in Monterey Park, and a man driving a Sunbelt Controls company car was screaming out the window, cut a driver off, and the proceeded to cut me off and swerve back into another lane. Absolutely unprofessional behavior in a company vehicle. License plate started with a 9.
