This is for you, Andrea!A T-mobile employee refused to accept my old phone to receive my trade-in credit. because I did not purchase my S23 Ultra at their store.I called customer service before coming to know the policy for returning my device but Andrea still refused to accept it.Andra didn't what to do her job I guess.

First off, I would like to thank Jasmine for such a great experience at Tmobile. She was super patient with us and very helpful. I would give her 5 stars if it was just a replied about her. There needs to be more associates just like her. She was awesome! Now....MONICA is another story. The way she was talking to Jasmine was super hard to just sit there and hear. She talked to her like she was just a lady off the street. She talked down to her. I believe Monica was the manager, but she really needs to learn how to be a manager, how to treat employees and how every person has feelings. I felt sooo sorry for Jasmine. Nobody should get talked to the way she did. Nobody is perfect and I can't believe she talks to her employees that way like if she was 100% perfect. Tmobile, please train your managers more on how to treat employees. It was pretty pathetic.

So me & my boyfriend we both into this lovely T-Mobile store & omg let me tell you i don’t know where to begin with this , the staff is sooo helpful & awesome . But this one very young awesome lady named MONICA L , omg she is soooo very & i mean very super duper very helpful to the T. I seen her helped out other customers & go above & beyond for them & pleasing them with what they want & more. She deserves a break & weeks pay of vacation. I really do mean this a lot.. MONICA is a woman who is about her work but also her customers. MONICA GIRL YOU ROCK AT THIS STORE.

This is strictly for Monica L I took my granddaughter in to get her birthday present, I was upgrading her phone. Monica L Was rude pushy and didn't help at all. She didn't take back the phone that I was trying to turn in for an upgrade. All she did was push this new phone on me the new one and all the accessories. She didn't check a damn thing she should've told me I owed $150 still on the phone I was turning in. Now my phone bills higher. She got commission on whatever she pushed on us to upsell. This place is horrible biggest mistake of my life is walking in that store with that Monica L. But , thank you Monica because of you I'm changing over to Verizon. My whole family and I are leaving this company. When I called customer service there wasn't much they could do except send me back to that store when I live in Ontario. So yeah It's time to move to a new carrier. Customer services is everything to me and she gave me none!

Last week I went in to Tmobile in the plaza of Costco Azusa. Yuaun V and Joe helped me out. Both had great customer service skills and were able to assist me with my transfer of information. Thank you because I was missing 300 contacts! If I didn't have so many lines I would of definitely open another with them. So friendly and you can tell they know their information. Awesome team!

First off I want to thank the staff at this location because they did everything possible to try to help me out so this is not a knock on them. In fact, I'm giving one star for each of the three members that was helping me out during my visit. Two stars are missing due to the poor system and internal customer service that T-Mobile has in place. I currently have three lines with T-Mobile and was about to open up a fourth one but the system would not allow me because my registered address would not be validated by the system. I feel like this should've been a very easy process but the internal department that T-Mobile has really sucks. I could easily go in today and still open up that fourth line but I spent almost 3 hours yesterday at this T-Mobile location with a problem that could not be resolved. I am glad this happened because it made me reassess my cell phone needs and I realized that I don't need to be a T-Mobile customer. Originally I was a sprint customer but since T-Mobile took over they also get to take responsibility for this mishap. I was able to find two other providers with great offers for taking over three lines and opening up a fourth one.

They really messed up my plan and had to go to different store and get it fix. I highly do not recommend coming unless you want to spend the next day getting it fix.

I went to the store today trying to add a line to my family plan. However the guys who received me told me that since I have an older plan I am not able to have more than 3 lines unless I upgrade to the current family which is more expensive. I refused and called t-mobile customer service. The agent at the call center told me that I could definitely add one addition line and keep my old plan. I don't know whether the person from the store is trying to earn extra commission and lied or he simply is unfamiliar with the services.

I called this store to see if they had a phone in stock. They confirmed they did so I went into the store. Once I arrived, both employees were already helping customers, which was fine with me. I was greeted and asked why I was there and I said I came for the phone I called in about. Employee confirmed that they had it. After about 10 minutes, it was my turn. I had a phone to trade in so the employee was checking it out and goes to other employee to check about the trade in phone. Then they say they don’t have the phone and asked if I called first, which I did. I had proof of calling the phone and all they said was oh well sorry. Pretty bad overall experience and time wasted to drive out here during rush hour. I will never come back to this location again and don’t recommend anyone else to either.

So I been needing to get in T-Mobile to add my sons tablet to my plan , I was at waba grill yesterday and seen T-Mobile right next door and said might as well take care of it right now so I walked in and Alfonso greeted me right away and helped me out then jahdee walked out and seen as well that my sons tablet was a mess!!! Lol and he offered to clean it and man did he clean it lol I appreciate it the little things like that matter I feel any other store wouldn't of done nonetheless not that many people would've offered to clean it because it's not like it's their obligation , so yeah thank yaa for taking care of us quickly and fast and getting us right out !

Wow, Monica is an amazing associate, and the best I have came across at this location! I had some questions regarding prepaid SIM cards, and she answered them all with relevant details. This is the first time I saw that there was only her available with a trainee, with the latter unable to assist customers; the line was a little long, but this is not her fault at all. Amazing job, way to go!

I had an outstanding experience at TMobile Azusa. Monica was professional and knowledgeable. I had many questions about the service and phones. Her positive energy, patience, and followup exceeded my expectations. I love my Samsung Galaxy 21+ 5G phone, deal, and cell service. (Former Verizon customer and so happy I left them)
