Been going to this TB off and on for a year, fairly hit or miss. Staff is generally pleasant, with one or two staff members being very nice and all the rest being...okay. Food should always be checked before leaving, as I'd estimate something is wrong with the order roughly half of the time. When something is wrong, the staff has always been good about addressing it, but still frustrating that it happens in the first place.

Didn't give order correct , had to go back. Bad service & incompetence at its finest. Do better Taco Bell Azusa

I really liked the new building. I didn't know it was rebuilt and I enjoyed everything about it.Wheelchair accessibility: The new building made it easy to get my mom into the building.

It’s my second time here at this location after having a bad experience at the Glendora location. I decided to try this place and I’m glad I did . Place is clean food is fresh and staff is friendly. I’m definitely coming back here to Taco Bell Azusa on Alosta . Love this location.

I hate this Taco Bell. Every single time I'm in the drive through, they make me pull around to the parking lot and wait there until someone brings out my order. I don't want to do this, I just want to pick up my order in the drive through like every single other fast food place. Then when they give me my bag there are always items missing, and since they won't let me pick it up in the drive thru, I can't just easily tell them they forgot something. Tonight they forgot my side of sauce and put onions in my burritos that I ordered without (ordered on the app so I know I ordered it correctly). They're also just not friendly. Will just drive further and only go to the Glendora Ave location now who actually gives me my order through the drive thru window and does a better job getting things right.

Ate a crunch wrap supreme and I had diarrhea at the Taco Bell bathroom. the cheese is raw too and it it looked moldy The service was horrible too the lady there was mean and didn't care. my son and my 3 daughters were worried for me, so they got Pepto-Bismol, which relieved me. DON'T EAT HERE!

Not enough employees to serve at the front desk. There was a young man at the front just wanted water ? and no one served him! How can humans be so rude? Everyone needs to be treated the same! What ? has this world ? become? And pls stop being so greedy with the severing size don't you think people pay enough?

The last few times I've been there, I've witness customers complaining that they haven't received their orders. I experienced that as well 17mins a few days back and the clerk told me their order screen accidently erases....? Also witness customers waiting too long for someone to take their order so the customer has to call them out loud from the back.

Picked up some online order at late evening, this staff person at drive thru was overly worked up and sweating the little stuff. I just asked for extra plastic bag for the loose items, he then questioned the practicality of such usage, when asked for more napkins, he was concerned with the potential contamination to the food. He should be relaxed and mind his own business, and stop acting like a baby sitter. Bags, napkins, utensils and such are usual items customers may ask for extra either for dine in or to go orders!
