I came here for a live scan service and Abel was such a big help and was so friendly while assisting me. He gave me great service and was super patient with the finger printing lol.

THANK YOU AMY! Amy made it so easy for me to complete my three amazon returns. The wait time was literally nonexistent and the store was super clean and Amy helped engage in conversation and walk me through the return process! UPS needs more kind and dedicated workers like her!!!

This is my go to shipping place. Employees here are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend anyone with shipping needs and printing needs as well! Place is clean and organized too.

Usually I just drop off my packages and leave so I don't really care about customer service. I used to bring one or two boxes here every week. Today I have plenty of large boxes so I was wondering if I can borrow their cart to bring my packages in. Than I found out here they charge $3 to use their dolly (one use). OMG!! I was speechless. Other stores will have little carts by the door for you to use for FREE. Luckily I still had my own little dolly in the car so I saved my self $3. This is insane, they'll do anything to make $$. Each package you drop off at any store they will get $1 commission. So imagine you come in with 20 boxes, they will make $20. And now they want $3 from you to use the dolly. I wouldn't suggest coming here if you have a lot of packages.

Amy and her crew are wonderful! I rented a mail slot. It was a joy to pick up mail each week. They were friendly and efficient. My many Amazon packages were treated well also. When I moved out of town and stopped my service it felt like I was leaving friends.

I'm hesitant to leave a review because the business owner called a previous reviewer a "liar" because they disagreed with what the reviewer had to say, but I'll leave my review now and will wait for the backlash later. I have had the WORST customer service at this location and I've gone to quite a few UPS stores. The store is conveniently located near my home and they close at 7 so I suck it up, but if you're not thick skinned I recommend avoiding if you see Paige working. She is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She does not acknowledge you and does not say "thank you" when you leave. She's straight to business, which would be fine if she wasn't rude about it. She slapped the counter with every action and it made my husband and I extremely uncomfortable. There was an older lady who worked there when they first opened who was super sweet and very kind, so I keep going back hoping I'll get the good employee but lately no such luck. Do better UPS.

I've been to countless UPS stores in task of my Amazon returns. This location has by far been the best one. Amy is the first UPS worker that has never given me attitude for returning more than one item. From the last 4 times that I've been to this location she's been so kind and happy to help. UPS workers need to look at her as an example because everyone else has had crusty energy. Thank you Amy.

PHONE STOLEN! I dropped off a package with a brand new iPhone for return to Verizon. Verizon Returns Center claims the box containing the iPhone was empty. The box was sealed when I dropped it off. Now I have to file a claim with UPS. Unbelievable! Ship your packages from a different UPS location.
