One year in with a set of Velocity Cliffhangers and DT Swiss hubs and I am extremely happy. Super Friendly Staff. Talked to Ben over the phone and he was quickly able to help me figure out the spokes I needed for an E-bike wheel. Received a phone call same day that my online order was ready for pickup. Looking forward to purchasing from them in the future.
