“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! Amber is amazing!!! She does the absolute best facials. I went in hesitant to get microdermabrasion but always wondered if it would help with my sunspots and she made me feel so comfortable. She did a very light one so I can see how it would effect my skin and I was very pleased with the results. My sunspots are much lighter than when I went in. She uses clean products on your skin also during your facial, so rest assured. Please do your face a favor and go see her if you want a wonderfully relaxing facial. Thanks Amber. You're the best!!!”

“Located inside the Westfield West Covina Mall 1st floor. I usually find good deals inside. They have clothing geared towards the younger crowd but have something for everyone from jeans, polos, t-shirts, shorts, jackets, hoodies, dresses, etc along with accessories. Lots of good deals and the big sale section is located in the back behind the cash registers. My kids can usually find a good deal back there. Dressing rooms are located in the back too. The employees are friendly.”

“I had so much trouble finding this place because it's right next to Starbucks and I thought Starbucks would take up the entire corner of the plaza it's located in! My work is down the street so I decided to drop in and kill some time on my lunch break. I was greeted by a friendly store associate who let me know of the discounts and specials they have going on. Fat discounts, "better than the outlets" because they're trying to move their inventory in order to carry more higher end designer brands. I proceeded to check out the polarized sunglasses (they have Ray Bans, Tom Ford, D&G, etc.) but none of the styles appealed to me. So I moved over to the clothing section. They carry Siwy denim, Joe's jeans, Free People, 100% cotton tees, yoga apparel, and so on. There's discounts on those too, and the more you buy the better % amount you get off. Then I moved over to shoes- Asked if they carried sandals (I've been looking for the perfect pair of slide sandals), and saw they carried Rainbows and Havaianas! Score. Purchased a pair of each for $49 total, what a steal. (They were half off). When you sign in on Yelp, you receive a free 7oz tin of Eva's Glow body scrub (worth $35) since they're out of Dermalogica products. The associate was very attentive and friendly, also well knowledged in everything they carry. I thought it was a bit awkward when she followed me around the store from the minute I entered, but she was so helpful. Great customer service, girl! Would definitely recommend checking this store out.”

“I really really like coming to this store. The staff is extremely courteous, similar to Nordstrom right before the holidays when they use staff to greet at the door. I went in on 10/30/2021 to see what was available for purchase in individual single use packs and after I made my selections, one of the staff members offered a demonstration of the newest technology in adult toys. Although it wasn't of my interest based on past demonstrations at other stores, I really liked how he wasn't pushy in ensuring my agreement lead to a purchase. I felt that I at least had general knowledge of updated mechanisms that I otherwise wouldn't had known of without his demonstration. However, you will feel rude if you simply feel like you do not want to stand around for a discussion. Within the COVID-19 period and the reduced amount of people driving, it is uncomfortable to speak to others when you don't know what you or they are blowing. However, including with him and that entire row of adult stores, I felt that the gas released was as enjoyable as a day spa trip under these circumstances, obviously with services that ensure that you smell great and that your stomach contents do not smell dreadful and smell like what you ate. I tried staying away from the clothing as much as possible simply because I had not showered beforehand. The clothes really look clean and so does the rest of the store. I still don't know how effective my individual use packets are, if at all, but the staff made my visit a great experience. I think the customers come off rude because the environment is adult oriented and the public isn't rotating in. There's that awkwardness in communication between customers and staff, and it's great that the staff maintains such friendliness and courteous demeanor while delivering their service. Update: I really liked that at the end of my communications with all staff, that I didn't feel a heavy sexual enhancement literally leaving my body during my next shower, which has become almost routine for me outside of these adult only sex-oriented and exotic dance oriented environments.”

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me.
