Horrible all around placed an order 5/10/2023 and paid for items and received an e-mail order ready for pick-up, 2 days later received another e-mail stating that 1 item was no longer available?? They stated they would give me store credit, unacceptable. I aske for a refund and was totally ignored for months. Yesterday 07/31/2022 I was send a nasty message via e-mail. This is no way to treat a customer threats are not to be tolerated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP, better off ordering from Rainbow shop, Shein, Torrid or any other place but here. Total rip-off and their customers mean nothing to them.

ORDER X 2 FEB AND MARCHI have emailed the company multiple times and have not received a A complete response regarding my STORE credit and why my Order said my complete order was shipped then 2 days later a email regarding a store credit for 3 items no longer in stock but website shows still available ,emails take several days to respond to 3-5 days then my Discount code doesn’t work I tried several times its frustrating and instead of refunding the money as I requested and email was ignored since items were no longer available the store credit is ridiculous and wasn’t given the option of a refund either if you use code you have to pay another shipping fee to spend your money again … very poor customer service and inventory control or updated website of items available. I order march 5th and as of today no resolution and obviously none of the emails and screen shots were actually read completely to respond to why or how to resolve this .VERY FRUSTRATING

I came across this boutique on Instagram. Beautiful clothes for plus size women. However, one of the items in my order was out of stock. Rather than offering a refund, the store issued a store credit. I was a bit upset that I would have to pay shipping fees again for a new item since my original order was out of stock, but nevertheless, I placed a second order for another item only for it to be cancelled again for being out of stock. Since I used a “discount code” which was just a credit from my original purchase, I was only refunded shipping fees. I have emailed the company multiple times and have not received a response regarding my credit. Beautiful clothes for affordable prices, but very poor customer service and inventory control.

Xtra Fab! have some of the best clothing options for plus size women in the area. They also have reasonable prices. Great lil store in Covina. You can also do will call orders.

Since February I have been waiting for them to reimburse me for the cost of a suit that I buy from them or that they send it to me 3 X-Large and I have still not received any message or the suit.

I haven't been here yet. (5stars so I could post review) But I just wanted to come on and say how beyond happy I am to see a plus size store actually use PLUS SIZE models on their website. I literally drive by this shopping center 2 times a day and even go to the pizza place often but somehow I JUST seen this store last night. I am super excited for them to open on Monday! (It's Memorial Day weekend so maybe Tuesday?) to go check it out.

Ive been msging for 2 weeks now that im missing a dress and still no answer since they blocked me thru insta.... 2 weeks prior to that i ordered a dress, and after using it for 4 hrs everything was coming off, told them about it and no refounds, exchange or store credit... i was even willing to pay half for my item and still a NO. I Loved their clothing i had never had any problems till now this saturday I received an order, i ordered a cute dress i used it for only a few hrs i sended them a pic that the dress was cute and so confortable, 4hrs after using it was coming off, i msg them thru email for an exange, a refound or store credit. Tania said No. I told her that i could of paid half for a replacement since the dress was over $27.99 (plus shipping and she said no! Really bad customer service, after that fight i ordered some cloths on saturday (before receiving) my order and im missing one dress, this time im missing a dress and still no answer about it. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE I posted some pictures with proff and so you guys have an idea of the dress

It’s unprofessional that they promote clothes online, provide you with a shipping label that your order is on its way and two days later send you a refund email because apparently the item is now out of stock? This is not the first time this happens to me, maybe they should hire more people to meet customers demands.

I love this store. And I was not happy to see the negative reviews. I have been buying from Tania for years. I have purchased so many clothes and every now and then I have had an issue with quality, but they have always made it right for me. Also... the store has moved to Citrus... follow them on Facebook and you can get the current address. It's not rocket science. Anyways.... these girls are awesome! Support small business and enough with the Amazon! I have never bought something on Amazon that fit me right or was great quality. At least Tania knows about our plus size bodies!

I ordered my clothing online and a few days later I received a text from the owner (I believe) that one of my t-shirts I ordered were out of stock ( I ordered a 2x) but she did say they had 1x available so I took it. Few days later I received my order and all of my clothing fit! I'm excited to wear all these soon! Thank you so much!
