“Daryl and his team had Great service! My current policy was canceling or may have already cancelled. He helped me same day which was great. He tried different ways to help insure my auto. I wish the doctors would spend as much time with me as he did. He took his time, didn’t rush me, and made sure I understood everything we were going over. I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like he cared for me and he was looking out for my best interest. He shared other important information regarding renters and life insurance, but I already had something in place. If I didn’t, I would had definitely use him.

“I rarely ever leave reviews anywhere I go but honestly this place is awesome Lorena and her team have been helping my my wife and my family with out personal taxes and our business taxes for about 8 consecutive years now and I love there transparency and how they are so patient with us because we ask alot of question lol and they never make us feel dumb for asking questions that we are unsure of, and my parents also go there they are fluent in Spanish as well, Lorena even helped me with a few extra devices with some local state account I needed to take care of she took time to call the state dept for me and get access to all my accounts. I spent hrs upon hrs trying to get this handled on my own thru the dmv and went to see her for help and help she did she spent hrs on the phone for me she knew the right words and linguistic that were needed to get to the top of the food chain at both the insurance company and dmv. To help get them removed and back on the road making money. A huge amount of gratitude and respect for her not only as a professional in her field but as a caring and empathetic human being. Our statements are accurate and are easily reconciled because they are efficient.I have had employees tell me that they have stepped in when they received medical bills which were incorrect and they called and clarified the issue and made sure the insurance was billed correctly and removed the financial burden by having the charges accurately billed.
