We originally went to AT&T West Covina mall but the service from Jose was horrible. When he got back with the phone we told him that we would be leaving. Found the location in Baldwin park and Nicole was super helpful professional and provided great customer service. She listened to what we had to say informed us of discount and other plans you offer. She gave us more info in the 5 min were there than 15-20min were at the AT&T at the mall. She was amazing and perfect example of great customer service. We were very pleased on how fast and easy the process was. Thank you Nicole

I needed a new phone on a rush basis. After going to the AT&T store at the West Covina mall (I was turned away, horrible experience), I came here and I couldn’t be happier. Ruby was so helpful and knowledgeable she made the process so easy. She’s extremely patient and honest. I had another question later that day and I spoke with Veronica who is equally knowledgeable. Veronica helped me complete the transfer on another phone that I have. I had a great experience and I’d refer anyone here. These girls are the best that AT&T has. I truly haven't been impressed with AT&T service until now. I've been a customer for over 23 years. Thank you Ruby and Veronica!

Excellent experience here with Veronica & Jessica!! Came for my S23 Ultra with a lot of questions, and they patiently answered every question.Store smells great as well btw.They both were very polite and great with knowledge. I highly recommend this store for business. Will come back many times.

Came in this evening to place order on iPhone 13 pro max for my wife and to trade in her iPhone Xs max and RIO was very helpful to do all paperwork and guided us to complete process in less than 30 minutes. My wife was very happy and can't wait to receive her new iPhone. Thank you RIO and AT&T team at BUENA PARK location.

I came in for help with my phone not working and the representative was by herself with 5 other customers waiting and she managed to help everyone including me better than at the mall store that had 7 people working definitely recommend her forgot her name but she has green eyes

I have been to different At&T and never had a good experience, However this location treats their customers amazing. Natalie and Jasmine were a great help and have such great customer service. Natalie made my experience smooth and easy to get a new phone. She saved us money as well!
