The dude that helped me went above his duties, I came in for a new optima battery and unfortunately this location did not have 1, so he call the nearest store on francisquito (the guys at this store didn't seem they wanted to work, just by the manner of way that the phone was answered and in the allotted time the phone was answered, I would not shop there) The person helping me out apologized for the lack of service and proceeded to call another store (azuza ave & puente) The phone rang twice and it was answered promptly and with a courteous tone. This location confirmed that they had the battery I was looking for. THANK YOU TO THE DUDE THAT HELPED ME OUT. REALLY APPRECIATED THE TIME YOU TOOK TO HELP ME OUT..

I went to change a part that went wrong and the person who helped me was angry, he just shook his head and complained, very bad service, I took the part from him and I left the store, I told them to go away angry, it's better that they don't work

Went to AutoZone a few days ago and Pedro helped me with my issues really quickly and professionally. He even gave me a few tips with my battery for better maintenance.

Eric is the one who assisted me. Not very well I have to say. I’m going in to buy oil for my oil change and gave him the year , make, and model of my car . He said yes this is what you will need . He went and found the items needed for my oil change and rang me up , i question the total amount because it was far to less then what I’ve paid in the past . I asked are you sure he said yes and briefly turned his screen toward me and said that’s all you need and charged me . I take the oil and filter to my mechanic and he immediately asked where is the rest of the oil ? I replied the clerk at Auto zone said this is what I needed . I was thinking my mechanic jacked me for some of my items I purchased because Eric assured me that’s all I needed. It wasn’t. Of course I had to make a second trip back to Auto zone because the oil put in was not measuring and immediately my dash light came on “ next refueling check oil” my issue with Erick from the Baldwin Park Auto gave me sloppy / lazy Custer service and just because they work there don’t mean the know everything and should do your homework before trusting Auto Zone with there employees and system . By the way when I went back I seen Eric and brought it to his attention he replied back “ The system here has a glitch” nor did he inform me of the oil and filter sale they had going on a kind customer told me about it Eric meanwhile walked out saying I’m going to lunch . Auto zone train your associates how to utilize and understand the POS and product knowledge for each vehicle. Eric because of you I could have blown my motor with the 5qt of oil you said I needed when it was actually 8 .5

Staff kept telling me they couldn't replace My battery (mind you is still under warranty for another year. )They insisted that I had a bad alternator yet never checked it. Finally, they told me fine. We will replace your battery, but you're gonna void your warranty because we are sure it's your alternator. 2 months later with the new battery. My car is working perfectly fine with no alternator issues. Not sure why if my battery is u Der warranty and they see it was bad they were giving me a hard time to utilize my warranty.

I came in here a few times to charge my battery, the guys are really helpful and they're pretty quick about it. Most of the stuff is knowledgeable or they know how to find the answer.

Went to buy some Freon and Employee Rudy with a rude attitude decided to throw my change in the table instead of handing it to me, after I handed my cash into his hands. Then walked away when I asked for his name. Unprofessional behavior, does more talking than helping people out. Upper management needs to train his customer service skills and the way he treats people is not acceptable.

I was helped by a gentleman named David , I was looking for a part and he was able to help me and assist me with advice on what to do . I appreciate the help and guidance. And for someone not knowing anything about vehicles he assured his advice was a good way to go about my situation. Thank you and I appreciate the time and effort .

Horrible management came in and the manger almost broke the alternator machine not knowing how to operate it, his solution to the problem was telling me to bring in the car with the alternator installed, he must not know that a car doesn't operate with a bad alternator... no name tag so i didn't get his name.. Waste of time

Good location. I love how the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and they actually are very nice and help you out. I've been to other locations where the staff will act like they don't see you just because they don't wanna help you out. But let me tell you this location you are never gonna have that issue .great customer service. The place is clean and organized.

Thank you AutoZone! Josue and Ricardo were very helpful! They really went the extra mile in helping me with the issues my vehicle was having! They replaced my battery and diagnosed my vehicle in order to see if there was any other problem! I highly recommend this AutoZone to everyone!

Alfred was very helpful - lots of advice and patient. Referred me to a mechanics near by to help. Explained to me how the part works, how to change it myself. Showed me all the info on his screen to explain things to me. Explained how the alternator woes with the battery and help know that it wasn’t my battery but my alternator that need to change. Lifetime warranty.
