Best customer service ever at this location. We've had some of the worst customer service at other Boost locations, but Miguel Ángel at this location goes out of his way to help and with the best attitude.

I was having troubles getting my service up and running. the guy at the there was fine. Overall the service from boost Mobile customer service online and on the phone was terrible. They don't seem to have their stuff together to get customers up and running fast and quick. Everything was confusing about the set of process and I still don't have service up. The guy at the store couldn't help me. I don't know what's going on with boost Mobile or how they work with different carriers to get service from the towers. I tried five different phones and the service and the SIM card still didn't work. I've read that there are transitioning from different services including a black SIM card and a white SIM card. Overall I would recommend staying away from boost Mobile.
