The truth is, the service is average but as for the ATMs, they never serve. I have been counting on the services they are supposed to provide us with for weeks and they have turned out very badly. I have to go out and look for other options.

I've been banking with Chase for many years, since they took over Washington Mutual. Overall, my experiences have been good. Today, however, the service at the Baldwin Park branch was unprofessional (1 star). I gave 2 stars because of good service in the past.This branch was my favorite because of the friendly service and usually not having to wait in line a long time.After my experience today, it's not my favorite branch.I'll probably go to another one.Today, I needed to see a banker at a desk about an issue. I signed my name on the sheet and waited along with a woman who was ahead of me. One of the employees asked if we were waiting (assuming for a banker). We replied to him that we were waiting.Much later, the woman waiting with me said she saw that same employee cross our names off the list. I saw that was true and asked another employee why that had happened. She didn't know and didn't seem to think it was important. She wasn't a banker and said none were available at that time. She said there used to be 5 bankers at that branch and now there is one who was out to lunch.At that point, I had waited about 35 minutes (no one had called names from the list during that whole time).That same employee assisted the woman who was before me. Then, she heard what my issue was, but said she would finish assisting me later. There was no reason for that. She could have easily followed through with me until the end, but she didn't (turned out I didn't need a banker).Then, while I was waiting for her to finish assisting me, she assisted THREE other people who were after me. That is the same thing as cutting in line--3 times! One of them hadn't been waiting long. The last person literally just walked in and didn't wait at all. ALL THREE OF THEM GOT COMPLETE ASSISTANCE AND WALKED OUT AFTERWARDS.When she finally assisted me, I said that she should have completed it with me before helping others.She was able to resolve the issue, which was good; however, it was a total of 45 minutes, which was too long. When I'm at other branches, it's never been that long to have a personal consultation.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!Note to manager: This took place on 11/30/22 from 1:09 to almost 2:00 p.m.

Kind of sad to see this place have bad reviews. I applied for credit card online and came here to see if I could get a status update on my application. The nice lady at the front, was kind enough to get someone to help me out. I'm old school and don't like punching in or saying my social over the phone, due to phone scammers and what not. The guy who helped me out, I'll use the first letter of his name, J was patient and helpful. J was able to answer my questions and resolved my issue. Thanks for everything! I'll be returning here in the future. I guess I got lucky that day.

Didnt let me deposit money into my account because vault was full It was $250 in quarters. Now i have to waste more time and go to a different location

It's 2022 by now everyone should be up to date with COVID regulation I guess not chase their outdoor ATM is a mess you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in months . Definetly not coming back to this location until they start cleaning it .

Set up an appointment to open an account but had to answer several questions. Some of the questions I did not have answers to so they couldn’t help me open an account. These questions were not asked the day before and it was the same type of account. Very inconvenient. Made me feel like he did not want to help me open an account and instead wasted my time. If you’re going to ask people a list of questions, at least give them a list of the questions you are going to ask beforehand so that the guests are prepared and so that the trip to chase isn’t a complete waste of time. Ridiculous

I came in today for card activate cuz I can not activate on my phone and Candelario Bermudez, from Baldwin Park, CA saw me and offer help right away. He did quick and easy with great service for me. Thank you very much.
