Unfortunately updating to 1 Star. Was treated like absolute garbage, as a paying customer, because I was picking up medication for someone (who was with me) who appeared homeless. This person was actually having a mental health crisis. They had been unable to care for themselves just prior to our visit here. They are now safely stabilizing. However, the way we were treated was just disgusting. I'll never return here. This experience has shown me the type of people who work here and how they feel about, and treat, other human beings. YOU are garbage. We will never be as disgusting and deplorable as you, who have no regard for human suffering and have no compassion.

I been going to actually 3 different CVS for years in Covina, West Covina ,and Baldwin Park.all 3 Are amazing service and Friendly and very patient Staff..❤️?

"Manager" does not know how to read labels when asked for a specific brand cream and told yes its in stock, on the phone to avoid an unnecessary trip. Come to find they DO NOT have it in stock and just kept saying these are creams.

Website has store hours posted as open till 11pm daily. Tonight I got there a little after 10pm and the doors are locked. Door does not have hours posted. Not the first time this happened at this site in over a month. Rep inside store working with merchandise answered phone and said corporate told them to close early.... You guys aren't just any another store, people rely on you to be open during your published operating hours to get over the counter meds.

Store hours on Google aren't updated, still reads open until 11pm and it's currently 10pm and apparently the store closed at 9pm. Very misleading and should be updated, see photo below.

Worst location I've ever been in just had to stop by for one thing I had a order out of cvs and the cashier was a older lady absolutely the worst cashier in history slow like if was going for a sloth type movement and if she was she was dead on 2 people in front of me 17 minutes no lie ... please don't ever let her cashier again

Needs workEmployees need to literally stop treating everyone like criminals.,Walked in to pick up prescriptions.,Walked back to exiting to notice two males near door way as if they were to prevente me from leaving. Wen I showed them my receipt for the pharmacy and said to them“ have a nice day “They simply walked back to the register area( Isn’t that really assuring for a Mexican American )

I've never had a problem with pharmacy til today . I got a prescription for my 2 yr old son for his face and when I bring out to give to him it's not even his rx! inside the bag had another persons name and notice it said something for dental use ...can you imagine if someone did read well and just used it anyway ?! How dangerous that is ? If this was mixed up pills for example? I ALWAYS read first and I'm glad ...just beware ...

This is the third time I've been here. Twice closed earlier than posted. I rushed to get there before closing too. Not considerate of customers. Other than that, staff is nice.

Reasonable prices and helpful staff are always good to me every time I come for my prescription. No issues with this CVS location. Plus, I took my Covid-19 shot here and was well organized and less time consuming.
